Disappointing overall. Today, 8/14/25 before 7:24am, I ordered a medium hot matcha latte with sugar free vanilla, another drink and two sandwiches. Before I was done ordering through the drive through, I told the woman “oh I forgot to say, can I please get oat milk for my matcha?” This woman told me “They already made my drink, sorry.” I told her no, take it off, I can’t drink that. She said that they’ll remake it but “Next time say that before or else we’re wasting food.” I told her I forgot. The staff is blaming me? I never completed my order and it is not ANY customers fault that the staff jump the gun before an order is completed. When I went to the drive thru, the woman decided to keep telling me the same thing AGAIN! I told her, “Ma’am, I forgot and you need to stop.” incredibly inappropriate behavior to treat customers and blame them for Staffs wrong doing.

Not only was the behavior disrespectful but they didn’t even fix my drink. They just slapped a different sticker on the SAME DRINK! Again, I paid for something I can’t even trust or consume. Also, they didn’t even fill the drink to the top or even blend the matcha….. if I saw that in the drive thru, I would have requested a full refund for everything and let management know about the whole experience.

The crew in the mornings is the amazing! I visit the store almost every weekday morning to get coffee for my wife and donuts for kids. If the lobby is closed due to staffing, they attempt to bring the order to me at the door. If there is ever a delay in having our order ready, they apologize over and over. Staffing is a challenge everywhere, but this group goes above and beyond to try to make it so the customer doesn’t pay the price for short staffing. Every morning I met with a “good morning” and a “have a great day”! This group is top notch and keeps this location afloat!

I love dunkin and go to this one all the time but I was disappointed that they didn’t even fill the cup with my drink today. I’m sure someone just mis measured it. But I paid for the whole drink… this is what I got and no I haven’t drank any of it.

Poor customer service. It seems like every time I go there, they are out of something. Today, I placed an order on the app, went to the drive thru speaker and was asked to wait for several minutes. No one was even in the drive thru ahead of me. I let them know I placed a mobile order, I was informed that they didn’t have the croissants that I ordered. I asked them to just cancel my order as that was literally the only thing I wanted/ordered. I got to the window to confirm, and again they tried to get me to order something other than what I wanted (three times total they tried to push different products on me) and refused to give me a refund. Unacceptable.

We had ordered our order on the app and pulled up at the window, the guy at the window gave us our drinks and advised us that next time we need to give him more time to get our order. Very poor customer service. And one of the drinks wasn’t even filled. Very disappointing.

Waited a long time for Dunkin Donuts near Eden Prairie area and it is worth the wait.!
I had to give 4 star as I ordered a cappuccino and that was cold but I ordered a hot one.. the staff was very kind I spoke with as he replaced with the hot cappuccino.!
I even ordered 1/2 dozen of donuts and half of them were Boston Creme my fav one and hash browns and iced cold brew all of them were good

I have a great experience every single time I go bc most of the staff know me from coming everyday they always greet me with good customer service and there’s a young lady there with dark long hair who makes my husband and I drinks and most of the times are so wonderful and I just want to thank u guys and keep giving that great customer service the way u guys do. This place always shorts me on the coffee I order. Without the ice in probably getting 1/3 the coffee I paid for. If i wanted a Small I would have paid for a small. But I paid for a medium and got that. I took a picture before even taking a sip.

Rudest employees EVER!!!!!!
Please see the photo of ALL we purchased at Chaska Dunkin this morning. 3 avocado toasts, 3 large drinks, donut holes, chorizo wrap and hash browns.
No drink tray was give , no bag for the 3 boxes of avocado toasts! So I asked for a bag for the toast boxes. The lady said “we don’t have bags for them”. I said “what do you mean? What about those paper bags you put my wrap in?” ANOTHER worker yelled from behind the girl I’m talking to, “they don’t fit!” I said “they’ll fit sideways! Point is there are 2 of us in the car, all this stuff we bought and 1 of us has to drive.”
She slammed the window and walked away without saying a word. Then a MANAGER miraculously walked over with the toast boxes in a plastic bag!!!!
I said “oh you DO have a bag”. She said curtly “we’re not supposed to give them out!” So I asked “do you want me to pay for it?”. She said “NO!” Slammed the window and walked away!!
I’m sorry you all hate your jobs (must be a horrible place to work), your life and your customers! But I did NOTHING to deserve this treatment!! I hope 2024 bring you all a better year!
That said, Dunkin Corporate… you ought to look at your chaska store service level and your staff and management. With 2.0 star in Yelp and not so hot in google review either, you’d think a big corporation like Dunkin would take action!! If These people don’t appreciate a gainful employment, I’m sure there are others who would!
I’m writing this review because this isn’t the 1st time I’ve been treated badly at chaska Dunkin. Today was just over the top!
I’d hate to wish a person or a business any ill will, but after dealing with 3 different employees in 2 minutes time and being treated like garbage… I wish chaska Dunkin ill will unless they make some changes! I wouldn’t know because I’ll never go back!
