Ordered Sweet ‘N Spicy Boneless Wings via DoorDash. Item received did not match advertised product (photos attached). Compensation was denied. This is absolutely unacceptable and no person would look at this and agree that they got what they paid for. Disappointed in quality control and resolution process.

Ordered lunch for the office and Popeyes never disappoints, the chicken is always fresh and juicy and packed with flavor! Sides like mashed potatoes and red beans and rice are a perfect complement to the meal. Fast, friendly service, great value and consistently delicious comfort food. Wow, it’s really one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. The restrooms were just a mess. The employees acted as if you were not even at the store. You could not order your meal from a human. You had to do it through an ordering outpost. The service was sooo slow. The food was just as bad as the service. It was just bad bad bad.

Dined in tonight for Supper. We all had chicken tender combos. I asked for a knife and was told they were not allowed to have any. I asked if this was a state rule? The worker said no, it was a manager decision. Im glad a carry a pocket knife, so i could cut up the tenders so they could cool down. One of my mother in laws tenders did not have any chicken inside the breading. We got a replacement without a hassle. How does this even happen? The meals were just mediocre, but with the price being $13+ for each meal, this is just too expensive.

As a Bushnell resident for over 16yrs, I’ve seen places come & go…and that place has had its ups & downs, but that girl needs a raise, because she’s got it together in there, &it’s always with a warm, sweet attitude.

This is our local Popeyes. We don’t normally come here because the service is so slow but today I thought I’d give them another try. I placed an order for a 12 piece through the drive through. It took 30 minutes to bring out the food and I didn’t get our biscuits. I guess this place isn’t going to get any better!

There’s one manager in particular, I’m pretty sure her name is Stephanie, who absolutely NASTY and RUDE to customers. She always has the worst attitude as though doing her job is the biggest inconvenience she has ever experienced. Don’t even get me started on how she treats the other workers. I have physically seen her shove another worker out of the way when she was upset about a home situation involving her son, and then proceed to act like it never happened when the worker confronted her about it. All of the while she was constantly on her phone and ignoring the screen. I was at a gas station in Bushnell one time and saw a girl who use to work at Popeyes, who I used to LOVE, always had a great attitude even in stressful situations, always was nice and fast when working and I never saw take a break from doing her job to chit chat or be on her phone, and I asked her about how Popeyes is doing and why it is so nasty all of a sudden, and she told me she didn’t know because she had quit, I’m pretty sure her name is Lyla. This young girl had informed me of a situation that happened while Stephanie was the manager on the clock and Lyla had gotten injured months ago, as it was one of the reasons she had decided to stop working there. She said right after she had hot grease poured down the front of her shirt, she had metal pans fall on her head that made her bleed and when she asked to have an incident report written up, as she was a minor working there at the time, Stephanie got defensive and acted like they didn’t have time to do it and pretty much made Lyla feel bad about wanting to get in incident report to the point where she was afraid to bring it up to Stephanie’s boss. As I said Lyla is a teenager. One of Bushnell’s BABIES were trying to make a living out of herself at what was supposed to be a first time job and an after school fun experience and she was met with such nasty and toxic behavior from her job. Lyla isn’t even the only worker who has complained to me specifically about Stephanie. All I am saying is, this restaurant is terrible, has nasty service and even nastier food, and this manager Stephanie needs to be fired ASAP as me and a bunch of people I know have agreed to not go back until she is gone. I saw a post about how Popeyes was hiring and the group chat that me and a bunch of parents from the community are in have collectively agreed that this location needs completely new management if they want the restaurant to stay open. Nobody wants to go to this disgusting place where Stephanie refuses to give out the big bosses number to complain about their nasty store. However there is an older lady who works there that seems to actually know how to do her job, i believe her name is Kelly and she is great, one of the only workers that is fast and doesn’t dilly dally and complain about her job. I specifically had to make a google account not regarding my information so that these nasty workers do not have a personal problem with me, that is how bad this Popeyes location has proven to be. By the way, the restaurant is always completely trashed and looks as though it hasn’t been cleaned in two days. Shouldn’t it be cleaned multiple times a day? I also have been known to stay at the motel next to the store from time to time and witnessed one of the nighttime workers selling stuff out the back door, whether it be chicken or drugs is not my business but thought it should be brought to attention. Seriously, this place should’ve been closed a loooong time ago.

This is a newly open location. It shows. This is not an established, well oiled Popeye’s Chicken machine we’ve come to expect and all can appreciate. Until they work out the kinks, you have been warned. Get your patience britches on.
I was surprised that the drive thru wasn’t packed. In fact there wasn’t anyone at the ordering sign. Hey this might be my lucky day. Nah. Not so much.
Someone came on and said they would be right with me. The clock began. Two minutes passed and I was able to place my order. The 10 piece family meal pack, mac and cheese (there is an upcharge for the mac and cheese and it IS clearly stated as such, on the menu board), and fries. I also ordered an individual apple pie and a blueberry cream cheese pie.
I was given my total of $36.24 and pulled around. There were two cars ahead of me waiting.
The first vehicle at the window received their order fairly quickly. (Three minutes from when I completed my order). I started the clock again, once the vehicle in front of me pulled up to the window, to see how long it took for them to arrive at the window and for them to receive their order. Nine minutes. I pulled up to the window. So far I’ve been waiting a total of 14 minutes, which I didn’t think was horrible. Not great but not horrible.
I received my order within three minutes. I pulled forward to check it. It was wrong. Instead of the extra cost of mac and cheese, I received mashed potatoes and gravy. I also didn’t get the pies.
I drove back around to the order box. Told them of the error and was asked to pull around to the window. This time there were three vehicles in front of me. I pulled around to the side door. I got out of my car, poked my head in, and requested they just bring out the corrected order there.
They did bring it out, but forgot the pies… Again. I was able to stop the employee before they went back in, and I mentioned the missing pies. The employee apologized and immediately went back in to grab them. They returned with the pies and after a total of 22 minutes; I left with my twice corrected order.
Chicken was okay. Fries were fresh. Biscuits were tasty. Funny thing…. Mac and cheese was barely edible.
Had this almost waxy texture and dare I say it, too cheesy!?!? But not in a good way. In a stringy almost gaggy sort of too much cheese kind of way. Weird, but the mistaken mashed potatoes and gravy weren’t too shabby. Pies were okay. Blueberry one lacked any actual blueberries but the goo within the pie had some blueberry flavor to it.
Not the worst but certainly not the best example of Popeye’s Chicken I’ve come to enjoy.

Got in with a long drive through line. Ordered at the kiosk, and waited about 7-8 minutes. Food was out fast and fresh. No complaints here. I got the 10 piece family meal deal in the app.
