Not bad flavor. Service was surprisingly top notch, they bring your food out to your table. Chicken tenders are VERY small. Fries are thon and limp making it difficult to dip in the little ketchup cup. Very expensive for fast food, expect to spend $15 to $20 a person. No desert offerings.

I have to come to this location multiple times & Stephen has always left a great impression. Going through the drive thru & hearing that he is taking my order lets me know my food is gonna be great, and he’s going to be so pleasant when i get to the window. After my first encounter with Stephen, my boyfriend & i both said we haven’t had a food service experience so nice in so long. Stephen is a bright light & honestly made both of our days better in the short interaction we had with him. He even complimented a mirror accessory i have & was just genuinely great to talk to. We appreciate you, Stephen!!!

We thoroughly enjoy the food at CityBird (salad, tenders, fries, sauces, etc)! However, we’d give them 5-stars but can’t due to service! 2 out of the last three drive thru visits they have screwed up our order! Missing food! (and has happened prior before most recent visits) We get it home, then have to go back…not a great experience! It can’t be that hard to have the staff double check before giving to the consumer! Frustrating!

size and super yummy. However, the tenders are ridiculously small. I have small hands, and they didn’t even cover my palm. I included photos of the biggest and the smallest. I couldn’t believe the smallest was counted as a
tender. I also paid extra for hot honey, only for none of our sauces to be in our bag. I was so excited to try this, but I can’t justify spending $18 on it again.

The chicken is great, but I’ve noticed they give you smaller bottom of the barrel tenders if you order a bigger size hoping their customers don’t notice. So when you pay for a larger size you get about the same amount as you would for a small size. Rip off.
