Just bad all around. We git food here the other night and that will be the last time. My wife got a crispy chicken sandwich, and it was definitely not crispy. The bun was literally soggy and the chicken looked like it was sitting in water before it was served. She was immediately grossed out by this and wouldn’t eat it. She called the store with the receipt to try and have the sandwich refunded back on to our card. It had been maybe 10 minutes since we were there so the purchase was definitely recent enough to pull up. The employee said ” how was I supposed to do that mam?” And then said she had to come in to deal with it. We both worked restaurants for a long time and know how the systems work. You can most definitely refund a transaction over the phone. But it was more the attitude. We have eaten here many times before and they have screwed up more times than not. We usually deal with it because it is still edible. But this time was bad. We won’t go back to this location.

Last night, my mom and I stopped here for dinner on my way from the hospital. The girl and guy was RUDE. I understand that it was 10:00 pm but, there’s no need in the way we got treated. Here’s how the conversation went between them and my 67 year old mom.
My mom – “hi, I would like 2 impossible whoppers could you grill my onions?”
Him -“We don’t have grilled onions. Only raw”
Her – “okay, I’ll take my onions on the side please”
Him -“okay what else?”
Her “add mustard and ketchup no mayo”
Him – “it comes with ketchup I can’t add it”
Her – “okay and I got my onions on the side right?”
Him – laughing at her with now 2 employees speaking and laughing into the mic “yes your onion on the side”
Her -“okay, I see the price is $16 isn’t it whopper Wednesday?”
Him “do you have the app? It’s only whopper Wednesday in the app”
Her -now upset because she’s been laughed at by 2 people who don’t understand she’s not technical and doesn’t understand how this works “okay I’ll just pay for it at the window”
Them – now laughing again into the mic we see the girl stick her head out the drive through window and yell at my mom asking her if she’s going to pay for it or pull around and use the app.
So, we get our food, thinking everything is there and get it home. Look at the burger and there are NO ONIONS at all on the side or anything. There’s no mustard, and there’s wayyyyy too many pickles.
Now, what you don’t realize store number 13492 is I’m actually a general manager at a Burger King at another location. I will be calling your manager and reporting just how you two did my mother and myself after us sitting for 10 hours at a hospital and just wanting to go home and eat.

Ok so it’s Burger King I get it, but this Burger King has been outstanding lately the staff gets my order correct and the put together on the sandwiches (which we got two Whopper Jr’s one with cheese and one with no onion, two original chicken sandwiches one with cheese added and one with bacon and tomato added) was perfect. I have never seen a whopper Jr or chicken sandwich look so scrumptious. they usually put a little extra mayo(which we like) this time they didn’t but im not complaining cause the sandwiches were completely good. Satisfied my craving for Burger King. I said before we left the house Burger King has been awesome lately we should go and my roommate said watch it’s not gonna be good cause you said that. Boy was she wrong. Thanks Burger King for the awesome service keep that up

The staff were super chill. I ordered online and everything was ready and still warm when I arrived 10 minutes later. The cookies still being warm was a pleasant surprise and their jalapeno bites were unexpectedly tasty. Not much else to say beyond it being a standard burger king experience, but I wasn’t looking for anything more than that 😀

Food was the same as always. Service was great but the atmosphere was not so good. While dining some people came and talked loudly to the people at the adjacent table, arguing about something. We did not feel comfortable and decided to leave right away. Granted it was a situation not created by BK, but its employees should have taken action.

Confirmed that this location serves regular hamburgers disguised as Whopper Jr’s. Pick a different franchisee if you want to actually get what you’re paying for. Smallest and lightest Whopper Jr I’ve ever received. Ripoff.
Order a regular hamburger with the whopper ingredients added on if you want the exact same thing but cheaper.

I just was in the drive thru at 11:23 on 10/03/2025, and they messed up my food. which isn’t the first time last time they missed my chicken nugget kids meal, I called that same day and they told me I can come back and they would give me two kids meals because once again it was their mistake. so I brought it up to them today and the male manager came out asked for my name very rudely, and told me if I didn’t have my receipt that he can’t do nothing and walked away. I fully understand keep the receipt but he was very short tempered, rude, and didn’t seem very unprofessional to be in the manager position at Burger King.
But this will be the last time I go to this burger very rude unprofessional, and always messing up my food and missing my food.

I ordered 3 honey mustard chicken wraps along with 2 burgers. One wrap was missing. One of my wraps, the chicken was old and hard. Anytime I come here, I always get the wraps. So for it to be as slow as it was and to have old, hard chicken and a missing wrap, made this trip here not that great.
