Went with a group of 7 to have lunch. The food was delicious, from the appetizers to the dessert it did not disappoint. Today was their 5th day open and the staff is still in a soft opening so patience will be need as they work through the kinks.
The owner, management, head server and our server communicated that they are under staffed and that they are still needing to feel various positions.
The people that went with me as myself we love to eat and we were placing huge orders on every round of placing food order.
The SEA MONSTER and The HOT MAMÁ were my favorite rolls. We will definitely return, thank you for bring this type of restaurant concept to El Paso and especially Far East El Paso.

Just tried this new sushi spot in El Paso and it definitely exceeded expectations. The quality of the fish was fresh and the rolls were well prepared and beautifully presented. Every bite tasted clean and flavorful, which is exactly what you want from good sushi.
The service was also excellent — the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family.

Even though it was chaotic and had to wait for our food out it was definitely worth the wait. The sushi is definitely fresh and hasn’t been sitting for hours. Rice was nice and fluffy not dry. The servers were very attentive as well as the manager talking with the tables. Beat comparable place that comes to mind is Umiya in corpus and San Antonio will definitely be visiting again

The interior of the restaurant is very pretty. You can tell they put a lot of effort into the decor and appearance. Our food was delicious and our server, Bill, was very friendly and attentive. I look forward to returning!
