We were seated in a great spot near the window so we had a nice view to outside.
The food came pretty fast and it was the perfect temperature. You can see from the pictures the presentation was perfect and the food tasted just as good as it looked.
The waitress was excellent and the service was fast. I will definitely be back.

We are staying in the hotel here and wanted to try the restaurant and we were not disappointed. It was our anniversary and they treated us like royalty. Our server Edgar was so friendly and attentive as was his helper Francisco. The manager was so kind and came over and made sure everything tasted okay and to wish us a happy anniversary. And that’s not even mentioning the food! The swordfish and the salmon and the sourdough bread and the blueberry cheesecake were absolutely incredible. My very hard to please husband said everything was incredible. Very nice ambience also

I am so great-full to have been able eat here three different nights! I have a long list of food restrictions that can make, ‘eating out,’ feel impossible. The whole Deep Blue staff have gone out of their way to make sure each dish I had was within my food restrictions. The first two nights I had the surf and turf that comes with a huge strip steak, jumbo shrimp, yummy potatoes and asparagus. 5 star’s on the food, the taste, the steak temp and the best part is I had zero cross contamination body flares. Tonight I had a custom special of 10 huge jumbo shrimp sautéed with asparagus, potatoes and glazed tender carrots! Again 5 star rating for the dinner, I love the feeling of being able to have food options when I have so many dietary restrictions and knowing the they take my restrictions seriously! They even made everything I ate in a separate pan!!

Beautiful restaurant! Staff is well trained and very attentive to your needs. The food is always delicious. We had a toddler with us so the meal was cut short but the staff and patrons were very welcoming to a toddler dining. Highly recommend.

We had a fun date night at Deep Blu last night. The waitress made our visit comfortable and relaxed. The food was really good. For a starter we had shrimp cocktail, then sushi rolls and crab Mac and cheese, and for dessert blueberry cheesecake and the lemon bar.

Very tasty place! Had a few meals here, they were all great. Went in for dinner and had the steak frites, DELICIOUS! A nice cut and cooked perfectly, the potatoes were crispy and nicely seasoned, asparagus was prefect, and the cocktail was great. Jillian the server was attentive and accommodating. Really enjoyed the meal, even had a view of the pool. However it is not a cheap place to eat! Meal with one cocktail and tip was just a hair shy of a hundred!

A upscale romantic and/or business perfect restaurant inside a hotel. Best mussels I’ve had in a looooooong time (ever?)… I’m also the girl that orders steak in a seafood restaurant so the surf and turf was delicious…shrimp was cooked to perfection and flavored well. We had some folks do sushi, others adored the swordfish. Sadly, ate too much so no room for dessert so will have to come back next time.

I was looking forward to dining here at Deep Blu and our overall experience was disappointing. I had a 7pm reservation for four (my wife, two kids and myself). We got sat when we arrived a few minutes early, the hostess highlighted the wines and open kitchen as well as the 10oz NY Strip steak and Swordfish. Our waiter went over the chefs special, had some recommendations and took our order. From here on out our experience went downhill, there were three additional tables seated when we got seated and two of them already had their food. It took 40 minutes to get a steak and shrimp entree, a steak frites entree, both requested medium rare, a kids hot dog and a kids mac and cheese. My steak was more on the medium well side, the fat was not rendered on both steaks and my steak and shrimp was cold, as if it was cooked and sat there for a while or maybe the kitchen forgot part of the order and didn’t bother to get everything cooked and out together. I mentioned it to the waiter and the manager came over and said he’d see what he could do on the check, I told him it’s okay, and that I’m hungry so I’m going to eat it anyway. After that we seemed to be ignored, no one checked on us, or came to refill our drinks, it took an hour and fourty minutes to get a drink refill which I had to ask for. We also ordered three desserts and they comped two desserts and automatically added the gratuity to the check. I wanted a chance to share some feedback but no one bothered to come over or to thank us or anything, so here I am writing this review that I wish I didn’t have to. Also, this was a birthday dinner for myself (which was noted in the reservation) but no one acknowledged it. So based on my experience tonight, I do not recommend this restaurant, it’s sad because we’re staying the weekend at the resort, maybe we’d be better off eating at the pool bar/restaurant for a fraction of the cost!

It’s really 4.5 and what a great start to our Anniversary weekend get away.
I love that the Wyndham Grand where we are staying has a wonderful restaurant and you can make a reservation in advance.
We started with their award winning crab cake and after the first bite, I could see why it had won. Lots of delicious lump crab meat with the barest amount of filler. So glad our awesome server Rachael recommended it. And she really helped make our dinner even better with excellent service.
My Cauliflower bisque with hazel nut pistou was very good. But my husband’s appetizer of Mussels in a coconut curry broth was phenomenal,
Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and want a nice dinner/evening out.
