One picture is the El Fuego burger on their website. The other picture is the El Fuego burger I received. Talk about false advertising!

Lemonade taste like chemicals, fries were cold and tasteless, bun was a soggy mess. I ordered lettuce, tomatos, and blue cheese crumbles on my burger and I never got it. Overall not a great experience won’t be ordering from here again.

Big deal burger on GPS took me straight to the location. I received Great Customer Service and the burger and fries were on point!! Sweet tea delicious as well. The hamburger was wrapped with a Dickey’s Barbecue wrap but that didn’t matter!! I’ll be back for sure very affordable, I paid $11 and some change for a Great meal convenient drive-thru.

I was so excited about ordering on Uber eats, and then, we got our order. I ordered two of the Chuck Norris combos and both burgers were not at all as pictured: super tiny and missing half the meat and all the onion strings. Both orders of fries were only halfway full, and the syrup on the Diet Coke hadn’t been replaced, so we couldn’t even enjoy our beverages. So disappointed. Do not recommend.

They should change the name from “Big Deal Burger” to “Most Average Burger”. The food is not bad at all. Its just so average. It is like every other pop up burger joint you can think of. There is literally nothing that sets it apart from others. The burgers themselves are pretty bland and boring. I mean if that’s the sort of thing you like, more power to you. But there are a ton of better burger places in the area that completely shred this place. On top of that, other places are probably more affordable. Only really bad item was the fries. Why do these burger places insist on making their fries a floppy soggy mess? Gross. Avoid this place

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. This was by far the worst burger I’ve ever had. I ordered the double royale grilled cheese, which was supposed to have lettuce, onion, pickles, and big deal sauce- on 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. It came on 2 burnt grilled cheese- and did not have any of the toppings listed. Instead it had what appeared to be Caesar salad on it…? Weird Caesar dressing and all. Did I mention it was burnt?
My husband ordered a Dad Bod burger… which also didn’t have any of the toppings on it that we paid for. They were also out of fries… so instead of refunding us the money (we ordered brisket cheese fries) they gave us a small order of Mac and cheese and a small order of coke slaw. Now I’ve NEVER left a bad review for anything before. If it’s not good, I just won’t go back. But we just spent $40 on the worst food I’ve ever had. Better luck going anywhere else.

After ordering online and going to pick up my food I feel I got cat fished… The overall burger itself just wasn’t that great. Staff was friendly so you got that going for you. With that the Quality of the meat and buns is better than most major chains. But I’d still choose any of those even McDonald’s over this.

The brisket on the burger was good and the bbq sauce… other than that- the burger Pattys have ZERO flavor. Taste like frozen patty’s from Walmart. The brisket on top was the saving Grace for sure. Wont order a burger from here again unfortunately.

The burgers are amazing!! The El Fuego burger is delicious, just the perfect amount of heat. The Brisket Cheesy Fries are out of this world .. 1000% recommended.

The restaurant is located on a busy service road, which caused me to circle the block several times due to not seeing it. Once I trusted the GPS, I wound up in Dickey’s BBQ Pit. It wasn’t until I went in Dickey’s to ask for directions that I realized Big Deal Burger is a Dickey’s spin-off/subsidiary or something. I scanned the menu even and didn’t see a dedicated section for burgers. I did see the server preparing burgers, but I just didn’t like going through all of that to realize Dickey’s BBQ is hustling up burgers.
