We came with baby – looks like my young toddler irritated everyone by her existence. Ambience as they like to say – was at its ´best’
In general service is low – long time waiting,no service in general.
Food – quality is poor for any money. I got Turkey cutlet and it felt like cutlet was prepared 4 days ago and just reheated.

Put sign not only « no dogs » but also « no babies » – cause nobody want to experience what I did today
For 4 adults – total was 300€….

We were a group of 12 dining at La Corniche in Val d’Isère, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. Eight of us ordered medium cooked tenderloin steaks, but what we received was closer to blue rare. We sent the dishes back, only to have the same steaks returned to us cut into pieces and completely overcooked. No one got back the steak they originally sent in, and every plate was poorly handled.

The service was just as bad as the food. The waiters were unwilling to listen, dismissive, and generally unpleasant throughout the evening. For a restaurant in Val d’Isère, we expected professionalism and basic quality control, but this was far below acceptable. Definitely not recommended.

We had a great time with good food on our dinner here. Helpful staff that served us well. Nice atmosphere in old look interior. Wood details. The wine list is not large but they have some very good choices. Also good Irish coffee. WC. Not wheelchair access all over. Gluten-free alternatives available

Blonde waitress was helpful and friendly; food excellent, lovely sunny spot

Only change would be that every salad appeared to be mostly raw mushrooms!

Very good food with lots of traditional choices. We had a fondue that was very good and not unreasonably priced

The best here is the place itself, the entrance from outside, the fireplace, the decor, it makes you feel like the real mountain vibe restaurant. For me the fondue was great, but for my the others (french) was not good at all.
Good experience

Great French Restaurant in the middle of town. Busy after a full day on the slopes. Staff are friendly and speak good English…. Food is exceptional!

Fantastic food and great service….. Just as I remembered it from 2 years ago. Great hidden gem of a restaurant in a busy bustling ski resort.

Weve been coming here for many years but unfortunately the qualify has dropped steadily over the years. The ‘mountain’ food is ok, not great, and the menu offers very few options that aren’t cheese or cream based. They have no children’s menu and if you share a plate you pay 18€ for the privilege.

Lovely service and meal spoiled by the manageress who tried to overcharge us by 80 euros which was on top of a 480 meal. She did argue and threw a few lies into the mix until she realised one of our party was French, obviously trying to rip off the tourists, shameful!
