I ordered two sandwiches late at night before closing through DoorDash, and this was honestly unacceptable. Both sandwiches were missing about half of the ingredients we ordered. There was barely any meat on either one—just a thin sliver—and they even added cucumbers that we specifically did not ask for.
When you’re paying delivery prices and service fees, you expect your order to at least be made correctly. This felt rushed and careless. My pregnant wife was really looking forward to her meal, and it was disappointing enough that it genuinely made her cry.
After this experience, I looked at the DoorDash reviews for this location and noticed they’re consistently bad. It honestly seems like DoorDash orders aren’t being treated with the same effort as in-store customers, which is frustrating and unfair.
I understand it was close to closing time, but that’s not an excuse to send out incomplete, poorly made food. If you’re open and accepting orders, they should be made properly.

Don’t give this place your money.

This store is my top subway to go to! They are always decorating for different holidays. The team here is amazing they are always on point with their subs and never give attitude. The store is always so clean. Sometimes theyre out of different chips or bottled drinks but its not their fault! I will be returning!!

I appreciated the service and really enjoyed my experience at Subway. The employees were very friendly in addition to the environment being very clean and welcoming. I needed a quick second minute bite and swung by for a quick order and pick up.

I love this location, it is always clean and beautiful, I eat here often because this is my favorite location in the Springs. The service has always been great. It is more relaxed and slower so if you are in a rush this isnt the best location but if you like a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere this place is great. I see a lot of negative reviews but Ive never had any problems here. I usually go in person in the afternoons or evenings and order at the store. Ive never had any attitude with them, they have never had any attitude with me. Truly dont understand why there are so many negative reviews.

Had an online order and waited 30 minutes for it. The lady making the subs was on the phone gossiping in the back when I walked in. Then she started making the online orders and when a new customer walks in she tells him that it is a 25 minute wait so to the “high amount” of online orders. Will definitely be avoiding this location for a while.

Ordered on the app for pick up prior to a double header for our son. Was very disappointed when it came time for lunch. You can see why in the pictures below. They didn’t even bother to put more then half of requested ingredients on our sandwiches. Shows lack of detail and customer satisfaction. Don’t order for pick up at this place. Guess you have to watch them do their one job. Tried to reach out to management/owner never heard back.

We ordered delivery on a Friday night and after waiting over an hour with three diff drivers transferring our order this is what we received. Basically half the amount of a six inch for a foot long and 90% of our toppings missing. Why even send this out? What a joke. Won’t be ordering from here again, and I suggest you dont if you want to get what you ordered

We just ordered 3 foot long sandwiches and were under the impression that they were supposed to be made to order. That’s not what we got we ask for extra lettuce and tomato which we didn’t get on our sandwiches and where shorted on the bacon on the BLTs YOUR FIRED we will make it our self or go to one of your competitors before we order a sandwich from you again. If this is how you handle on line orders you should lock the doors and send your employees there pink slips shame on you for treating us this way. Please fix your employee’s attitude On 9/26 at night, I went back to get my sandwich because I was given a totally different order. The girl working had the worst attitude ever. I specifically asked for no mayo, and as she was putting it on, she looked at me and said, “It says it on the receipt.” This lady was so rude and such a brat. Please fire her. That’s not the only thing that happened but one of them.
