I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and sausage, and the sausage was missing, but I was charged for the sausage.
Before eating it with my family, I tried calling the store over three times and it sounded like someone picked up and then hung up on me.
I wouldn’t be complaining if I was not charged for the sausage, but I was, and their customer service is non-existent.
This is why I never order pizza from Pizza Hut. I always go with Domino but wanted to try something different last night.
I am going to stick to Dominos. pizza better imo.

EDIT: A year later and everything is just as great as it always is. We purchased 7 pies for a party and they were all great. The front counter staff was super nice too. Thanks. OLD REVIEW: The staff and lobby were amazing and I highly recommend carry out because they are so great. Pizza order was correct and hot and we are so glad the management of this store helps make things awesome when we need pizza in a pinch. Bravo!

Ordered a large vegetarian online. When I went to pick it up, the cashier opened the box to confirm the order and it was a meat lovers pizza — the exact opposite…. He offered to re do the order, but I didn’t have time to wait 30 minutes. At the end, I just took the meatlovers pizza, which was the most disgusting thing I’ve eaten in a long time. I had about 4 slices, which later caused me to vomit. Waste of my money and time.

I ordered the 16 pcs bnls wings and fries. They barely put any sauce on, I asked for more and the manager Caesar told me they charge $1.25 for extra. I didn’t need extra, I wanted the amount it comes with. He seemed really sour. Got home fries we’re really soggy. This is the worst pizza hut. Bad management, inconsistent quality and quantity.

ONE CENT, ONE PENNY. I can’t believe the girl was not going to give me my pizza because I was one cent short. She stood there and looked at me and when I told her I didn’t have the penny she continued to stand there and look at me. I had to ask the other employees there if I could have one cent. And the cook came to my rescue. The panther girl hands me my pizza and the one at the register lifts her head up and start laughing. That’s the most racist thing in the world to do. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I ordered 2 pizza’s and a two litter soda online for a delivery and it took them two hours to deliver my pizza. No explanation as to why they took so long. I tried calling and no answer. Finally the delivery person shows up two hours later and did not bring my soda. My pizza was cold and stale and tasted terrible. I did call the next day and got a credit for what I ordered so I came into the store instead to avoid my experience again. The workers are rude and they seem very unorganized and like they have no idea what they are doing. As I waited for my pizza to be ready all the associates kept telling customers when they picked up their order was to “make sure you call 2 hours in advance” why does someone have to call two hours in advance to get pizza????? They mixed up orders and gave customers the wrong pizza just in the 15 minutes I sat there waiting. When my pizza was finally ready, the worker, Jessica asked me if I already paid, when she was the person who took my order.I will never visit this establishment again.

The dough was too soft – not cooked enough. So we put the whole pizza in our oven and cooked it for 5 extra minutes.

Worst service ever, made an order online and they told us to come in to pay for such a huge order near closing time. We arrived and we were nocking on the door for a while and the guy ignored us completely. We had to call them just to tell him that we were outside. He gave us attitude and he was mad the whole time. He hardly put any sauce in the wings, they were super dry and nobody enjoyed them. I understand its near closing time, but service is service, if you guys don’t want service just let us know and we wont order anymore. Face expressions and attitude is not welcome in the working force. And for the fact that he didn’t ever give us a single ranch cup or even ask if we wanted anything else really bothered me. I my self would rather order from Papa John’s which will take care of me much more better and actually welcome me in the right way. This was the worst experience with Pizza Hut. I wouldn’t buy from this location anymore.
