Unfortunately, this is the closest Dunkin’ to my job, so I end up stopping here almost every morning. It’s really hit or miss. Whether your coffee is made right depends entirely on who’s working the morning shift. I always ask for an extra swirl and they never forget to charge for it, but more than half the time they forget to add it, which is super annoying because then I have to go back and get it fixed.
The hashbrowns are another issue. They’re made in a big batch early in the morning and kept in a warmer, but they don’t actually stay warm. If you want them fresh, you have to specifically ask; otherwise, you’ll get cold, hard hashbrowns.
This location was closed for a while due to remodeling their drive-through and indoor area. Now that the updates are complete, I really think they should focus on training their staff so that drinks are made consistently and the customer service is friendly across the board. Because I hate pulling up and immediately I get attitude. Its the worse!

Usually good service, however I was in there last week and there was this young African American girl with arm tattoos talking horribly to her coworkers. One girl had made a mistake and she called her “slow” and other nasty names. Other than that everything is ok

Not very clean. The workers just assumes you know your order. I went to the counter to see if my order was there. I literally just peeked, did not touch anything and what looked like the manager to me (could be wrong, she was the only one dressed different from the rest) gave me the rudest look.

The service was absolutely horrible today. I was told to hold which was fine. 5 min passed there was no one in line in front of me anymore but a long line of cars behind me. All I said was hello very politely and the woman yelled one moment please, then a man said how can I help you, then the woman talked over him and said one moment please again with an attitude and then it went silent again. Just uncalled for. I understand being busy but to raise your voice with an attitude is uncalled for.

I’m here every morning 5x a week I love the service and everything but every time I order hash browns, which isn’t often, they are either cold or not completely cooked and today I received the not completely cooked kind. Really disappointed. Spent money on food that me or my boss can’t eat now. I understand the drive thru times and needing them to be quick but to give undercooked food isn’t great for the customers either. Otherwise I love this location.

They are efficient, and take great care of their customers. The place is clean, but it’s late inside the Gas N Wash, along with El Conejo( this is decent one of my favorite all- time go to when I’m out, there is a burger stand. The Dunkin Donuts is one of the 3 restaurant and there is plenty of dining area that is open space, and it’s fairly laqrge dressin This location is a very busy place due to it being a truck stop as well. The chick at the drive up menu was super impatient and sassy with a bad attitude, as if we were bothering her. Hard to understand her accent, was like mumbling. And we were the only car there. The refreshers, however ( tropical guava and strawberry dragonfruit) and absolutely delicious!

We received our bacon cold, never gotten it cold. However, I found out today it’s suppose to be like that. Food: ok. Service: to me there’s a lack of good customer service. Atmosphere: not welcoming. You need to bring the atmosphere to them!
