Ordered the chips and salsa …it was extremely runny ..like tomato juice if it had any flavor it would have a taste. The “marinara” was bright orange and had no flavor. Ordered the bacon, egg,and avocado burger and it had no avocado/guacamole like advertised. We waited for 25 minutes and asked 3 people for salt, pepper, and ketchup and never received any. 75 dollars for 3 people. Unless fundamental changes are made we won’t be back.

Me and my daughters family went to the Redemtion Steakhouse last night and I have to say I was so suprised on how good it was!!! The service we got from Jace was totally awesome and the food? I had prime rib and had doubts that it would come out as good as my mom’s but they surprised me and it came out almost as good as my Mommas! Thumbs up!!! I’d recommend this place for a good prime rib and Jace was a great server, checking in on us to make sure our food was cooked to our likings asked us all the right questions and was a great server I must say! I worked as a server most of my life so I know how hard of work it is how demanding but he did the best!!! Keep up the great work!!! Thanks Jace for the awesome service!!! Don’t know how to add pictures to this post or I would of because it was worthy of posting!! I’ll post on my TikTok page though!!!

First time trying this place. I ordered through door dash. I got coconut shrimp and the shrimp was raw. I love shrimp and I’ve never had it not cooked before. Also my son got chicken tenders and there was more breading than tenders. I’ve been excited to try this place since they came to town but $70+ dollars and half my order was garbage. Never again

This was my last night in Vernal Ut, and I am visiting from Tennessee. So my friends and I wanted to eat somewhere nice . The waitress was absolutely friendly and done her job well. We ordered a chicken fried steak, a 16oz Sirloin cooked rare with mashed potatoes, and a prime rib with the potato fingerlings.
We received our entrees. Immediately, I noticed my prime rib didn’t look normal. My friend’s steak was over cooked. The chicken fried was super gristly. The prime rib, though, was reminiscent of a spiral ham. The color, the smell, the texture and the taste pointed to the signs of ham ! I only had two bites from the entire prime rib and each bite was a ham taste including the after taste. I asked the waitress if this was pork or beef because it tasted off. She said the prime rib was smoked.
I’ve had smoke beef before and this did not taste, smell, or look like beef!
BUT THE CHEESE CURDS WERE AMAZING!!!

Service started out good and then we had to call other waiters over to help us. Food was cold and under cooked. I ordered shrimp Alfredo and it was cold. Sent back and was brought back shrimp with mushroom gravy. Son in law ordered medium steak and got a cold rare. Will not be returning.

We had a fantastic experience at Redemption Steakhouse! The food was absolutely delicious, and some in our party raved about the Blooming Onion, while I don’t eat onions, it looked amazing and perfectly golden! I got the Caribbean Soda and it was sooooooo yummy! Our server, Makalah, was quick, friendly, and on top of everything we needed. The owners even checked on us, which was such a nice touch, and everyone at the restaurant is super friendly. The upgrades to the space are awesome, and this is definitely a great new spot to try!

Worst meal we’ve ever had. Pasta dishes were cold and portions small… Left hungry. Spaghetti had about 4 little pieces of meat. Looked like the dipped the noodles in red sauce but no extra sauce on plate. Bread sticks were cold, hard and dense. My daughter couldn’t eat the hamburger it was so tough. Prices were outrageous for the quantity and quality. Waiter was young and tried hard but not very experienced. The decor was left over from previous restaurant that failed too, not pdated

We had a great experience overall. The workers were very friendly, and our server Makalah was absolutely outstanding—attentive and kind throughout our meal. The management was also super nice and made it right when my steak came out tough and gristly, offering us an appropriate discount, which we really appreciated.
There are some areas for improvement: it would be nice if bread or rolls were served before the meal, the salad could really use some croutons, and salt and pepper should be available on the tables. The fingerling potatoes were tender but could use a little extra seasoning.
On the positive side, the cheese curd burger was very tasty, and the interior updates look really nice so far.
Even with a few bumps, the way the staff and management handled everything means we will definitely be coming back.
