Big fan of Taco Bell, never really complain but I went in tonight for their cinnamon twist and the lady working the drive through was really rude and passive aggressive. On top of that our cinnamon twist has no cinnamon or sugar and we found out when we got home. Ended up putting some Of our own on when we got home just to Make it edible.

After a long day at work, decided to stop by Taco Bell for my favorite Double stake grilled cheese burrito. I noticed the folks working are laughing and having fun, and It didn’t bother me. I took my food home. As I started eating, I realized I can’t eat it from having soooo much HOT PEPPERS in it. All I can say was after a long day not only I didn’t enjoy my dinner but also made me so frustrated. It’s ok to enjoy your work but not to the point of making mess out of people’s food and meal time. I hope the manager of this establishment read this review from a person who is a regular customer at this location.

Photo: Expectation Vs Reality. 1/20/20 @1:40pm. They wouldnt give me a refund on this crunchwrap. Is it just me or is there no meat in this? False advertising. She told me that was the correct portion and the problem is other people give out more then they are suppose to but for inventory purposes this is the correct way to make a crunchwrap…. what do you think? I wont be returning and I love tacobell. So disappointed.

They make alright quality food, but they are constantly and consistently forgetting things from my order in the drive thru. Sjörben gets really hungry around midnight, and he HATES when people forget his food. They especially like to forget the chicken flatbread, they have forgotten it twice now in a row. Had to drive back both times. NOT ideal.

Sign on door and online says open 8am .the lady that should have been working the drive thru gave me attitude and acted like it says everywhere what time they open. I have gone on other Fridays other days before before 9:00 and just today they seem to be open at 9:00. Kind of funny how they just changed the times whenever they feel like it. Not a reliable place to eat or go. Maybe choose a different one or maybe go to Wendy’s or something?.

All the stupid Kiosks and no customer service. They do not display whole menu over counter anymore. They force you to use Kiosk so they do not have to work.

Went through the drive through to get dinner for me and my brother. After we ate our meals, he ended up with food poisoning and I ended up just flat out sick. There’s is definitely some hygiene or cleanliness issues, since the food was okay but we both confirmed it was the Taco Bell that had us throwing up amongst other symptoms. Clean properly and staff was also unsympathetic and overall dismissive.
