We got the Factory Special Pizza, fantastic! The crust was crispy and the pizza had great flavor. Paired it with a pitcher of 208 Grand Teton. Had 10 BBQ wings they were delicious too! Highly recommend this place to anyone swinging through. We had this place recommended to us, glad we went. Sorry for the pic with two slices missing, we couldn’t wait.

Ordered pizza to go at 7:04. Delivery time stated 7:44. Hadn’t received our order by 8 so I called the restaurant to ask about the status. I was told the driver was on his way. Didn’t show up with our order until 8:18. Pizza was lukewarm and did not taste fresh. Later found a hair on the pizza. Far from impressed for the money that was paid.

Went camping hours away and decided to go to town to find something to eat and stumbled across this place. First time ever experiencing this place and I would definitely recommend this place to others. The staff was friendly and courteous and the food was delicious!!! Awesome subs are one of my favorites, these days it’s hit or miss, sometimes they don’t taste the same. Anyways, I went and worked a few hard hours of manual labor and didn’t want to cook and was excited to get a sub. So I called and put in the order for pickup a little before 9pm and the guy on the phone said “ugh, I was hoping to get out of here without making a sandwich tonight” so I asked what time they closed and he said 10. Then he followed up on his comment by saying something like “but I really didn’t wanna make a sub before the end of the night.” So I said “well nevermind, forget it, it’s okay,” because I don’t want someone with that attitude making my sandwich, probably wouldn’t be good. And he said he was “just making a smart ass comment,” which I don’t believe was a joke, so I just hung up and went and spent my money elsewhere.

We’ve been waiting for over an hour for 2 pizzas. Regardless of how good the pizza may or may not be, at this point, I can’t in good conscience give more than 2 stars due to service issues. If, after we actually get to eat, the pizza is not worth the wait, I will have to reduce the number of stars. DO NOT BE IN A HURRY IF YOU COME HERE!!!!
Update:. Pizza is pretty good. But waiting over 45 minutes for food to come, just to have our order wrong, then to have to wait an additional 45 minutes to get the correct food is unacceptable. (Mountain of sun dried tomatoes dumped on our pizza.)

Called to place a pick up order and the woman who answered the phone was beyond rude. I’m sure working at the pizza factory in Orofino is awful but don’t take it out on me. That was my first and last time calling.
