This 1 star review is directed specifically at one employee and I am really hoping that the franchise owner sees this and responds to me. I placed a drive thru order for two 3 pc combos. When we got home we saw that one of the containers just had sauce , so we only got one of the two combos that we ordered. So I had to go back out, waste gas and go back to the store to pick up the second one. On the way, I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. The person who answered said he was, so I explained what had happened and told him I was on my way to pick up the 3 pc combo that they had not given me and that I expected a free combo for the trouble of having to come back. He repeatedly told me that they would be happy to give me the combo they failed to give me the first time, but that he couldn’t give me a free meal as a “sorry for the inconvenience.” AT NO TIME DID HE OFFER ANYTHING OTHER THAN GIVING ME THE ORDER THEY FAILED TO PUT IN THE BAG IN THE FIRST PLACE. We went back and forth on the phone and he kept telling me the same thing. I asked several times for his name and he wouldn’t give it to me, only basically saying that they would replace the meal they forgot (and NOTHING more). When I got to the store, he walked over and I asked if he was the person that I spoke to on the phone and he said Yes. He was a Hispanic male, maybe about 18 yrs old or so. Still wouldn’t give me his name. We continued basically having the same conversation, we had on the phone, with him saying he couldn’t give me anything extra for the inconvenience that I experienced due to THEIR mistake. I honestly was very aggravated with him not helping him so I was increasingly get annoyed and I admit that I cursed a couple of times based on his incompetence and not helping. I asked him to get another manager for me to speak to and he said they will just tell you the same thing. I took out my phone to start recording the interaction and then he went to get another manager, a young black girl (maybe Annie was her name???). I explained the situation to her and she calmly explained that as soon as we left they realized the mistake they had made. I asked her for a free meal now and she said she couldn’t do it but that she could give me a card that I could use for a free combo box in the future. I told her that would be fine and had the Hispanic guy said that on the phone in the first place, everything would have been fine. The Hispanic guy interjected to say that the reason he didn’t offer me the free combo box card was because I cursed at him. I called him a LIAR because I didn’t curse on the phone at all and only said a couple of curses after I got there and he still kept saying he couldn’t do anything other than give the box they left out. I REPEAT, AT NO POINT DID HE EVER OFFER ME THE CARD FOR THE FREE FUTURE MEAL OR ANYTHING! Totally incompetent and terrible customer service. The black girl was calm, professional and took care of things in a matter of moments so I commend her. As for the young Hispanic male, he needs to be trained on customer service. I would be glad to speak to the franchise owner about this.

The food is consistently well made. Understanding there is also a consistent 20min wait. Ive only used the drive thru. The employees have always been friendly. I dont see how they can always have such a long wait when literally all they cook is fries and chicken fingers, even the sandwiches are made with the same chicken fingers. With 3 or 4 cars in the drive thru expect to wait 20 to 30min sometimes. Compared to other fast food places in the area that dont have nearly as long of a wait and much more variety in their menu.

This is a really nice Cane’s! The parking lot is spacious, the drive through had an employee outside to greet you, inside is super clean (including bathrooms) and nicely lit. We sat outside on the patio. There is a screen so you can still hear your name called. When the employee saw we needed an extra set of hands she happily grabbed a tray to bring outside. While outside multiple employees greeted us and asked if we needed anything from inside. We just moved to NJ and the Cane’s in TX were nothing like this-I would dread when my kids would ask to go. Today was a much better experience and we plan to visit again;

I haven’t had Cane’s chicken since I lived in Houston 7 years ago. Ive been waiting for my opportunity to get down to South Jersey to finally get to Cane’s.
I pulled in and got into the outside drive thru lane, which was empty… I sat there while 5 cars in the left lane were taken care of. No one spoke to me on thebright side.. I was more and more aggravated by the minute. I drove away. I made my way around the building and got into the left lane and then I see 3 cars pull into the right lane where I was before… the order taker started taking their orders, and I was instantly pissed off. Lost my appetite and wanted to just leave at that point…. What am I stupid or something? Does Cane’s find humor in making new customers angry just trying to order food?? I mentioned the issue to the person and she couldn’t have cared less abkut my issue or that I was angry… NO ONE CARES ANYMORE….
Did I order my food? YES. Was I completely angry and unsatisfied with the experience? YES AND YES
Will I return and give my business again? Most likely, NOT.
My time and money are valuable. I’m not usually one to get so angry, but it seems that no one cares about the customer or the problems that arise, as long as they can shut me up and get my money…
The food is as i remembered, but the experience was crap

The day after the blizzard, I was frustrated after trying to find a post office that was open, and stopped in a Raising Cane’s for dinner. There wasn’t a car in the lot, but took a chance and saw that they were opened. The young man at the register was professional and polite, and I was so pleased that they were opened and the young man’s professionalism that I tipped him $5, and let him know I appreciated his work ethic for being there after a blizzard. It was my 2nd time trying the chain, and the food was delicious.

First time trying their chicken. Of course I heard about them due to CEO’s appearance on Shark Tank. Their chicken tender was awesome!!! juicy, moist and tender. The coating wasn’t crunchy and it was fried just right. The staff was very courteous and though they hustled around they were willing to speak to you and were very friendly. The lemonade was good, but a bit sweet. We mixed it with the unsweetened tea and it became just right. Fries were okay. Portion were good. My son loved it even after it was cold. Please open a store closer to Marlboro.

They only sell chicken and fries
Look I love chicken, but I love different options or food choices as well. It Wasn’t worth the 25 minute wait in line 20$ for like 5 peices of chicken and regular small fries.
So disappointed And I only waited because my older son wanted to try it due to the hype but its nothing different nothing spectacular. I was in the area so I say why not but people it was a waste in my personal opinion. Taste like overpriced overrated regular chicken.

I visited this place around lunch time with someone who had been to another Raising Cane’s location. The first thing I noticed was how loud the music was playing, you could barely hear the person taking your order and she could barely hear us. After we got our drinks, we waited a brief time for our food. I was told the chicken did not compare to the other location. I don’t mind crinkle fries, but they were barely warm and the cole slaw was just a tiny container even though I had asked in advance. One saving grace was their Texas Toast. I would also like to add when collecting for a charity, which they were, if you don’t have the items either take down your sign or add a notice.

They’re not going to win awards for having a large selection or anything but they have some good chicken fingers and fries. I think the sauce they give you to dip might be what gives them a little extra something. Their fresh made lemonade and sweet tea was also good.
The staff seemed friendly and service was quick. This location is still fairly new so everything inside was clean as far as I could tell.
They had some cool local people that became famous type of decorations on the walls.
