This has been on my radar for a bit and we were in the area. Food was good. Burgers were hot and freshly made, same with the onion rings. The fries had obviously been sitting a bit and we’re just standard crinkle fries. Let’s start with those onion rings, normally the big boys like this are o. The soggy side, but these were crispy and fresh. And the onions inside were not slimy like the tend to get. My husband got the bacon burger a d other than the bacon being a little soft (we like crispy bacon) it was fabulous. I got the Blue Buffalo burger and that thing was great! Not a tiny amount and blue cheese, but they actually topped the burger with blue cheese. Also it was now swimming in Buffalo sauce, but had a very health amount on the patty. I appreciated that they really let the flavor of the burger come though and it wasn’t just about the sauce. Then we had to split the Italian Beef sammie, that was a solid Italian Beef and I would return for it. Left the restaurant very full and happy with our decision.

My son told me to rate it 5 out of 5! He is 8byears old and a picky eater. Loved their cheeseburger. Win! We had appointments in the area and it was a great spot to grab a bite to eat. Friendly. Fast and delicious! Would go again!

I was just looking for a quick burger spot and stumbled across The Burgershop in Clive — so glad I did! The place has a great vibe and a clean, welcoming setup where you can actually see your food being made right on the grill.
I ordered a double cheeseburger, onion rings, and a soda. The wait time was just right for a made-to-order meal, and the host was super friendly. The onion rings were crispy and perfect, and the burger was fresh, stacked tall, and full of flavor. I had to give it a little press just to take a bite!
Great food, great service, and solid prices. Definitely adding this to my regular lunch spots — highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

I had high hopes for Burger Shop, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. The food was just acceptable, reminiscent of what you might find in the frozen aisle at Costco. The buns felt overly processed, and the sides were extremely basic, lacking any creativity or flavor.
Given the name “Burger Shop,” I expected a focus on quality burgers, but it seemed more like frozen meals hastily assembled. Paying $18 for a burger combo felt steep, especially when the quality didn’t justify the price. The $9 cheese curds were also disappointing, offering only a small portion of just over a dozen curds.
Overall, it was a letdown—far too overpriced for what it delivered. I hope they can improve the quality in the future!

Although I wasn’t sure there were a lot of choices, what I ordered was good. The burger was good, you have to get ketchup and mustard packets yourself for dine-in or carry-out. The onion rings were amazing!
I was impressed that the person who took my order, who was still being trained, took my order and fit it into one of their specials that i didn’tknow about. It was sort of like getting my soda free!
I will go back and try something new. It’s definitely worth a second try. You can be sure I’ll be ordering onion rings again

Fantastic Lunch spot. The food is just absolutely amazing.. I can’t say enough good things about it. The staff are also great. The place is typically busy. With a steady flow of customers. Wait time isn’t bad though. Parking in the area can be tougher. Easiest parking is right in front IF there are spots, otherwise there is plenty of parking off to the west side…..but you have to traverse a busy drive lane to get back across. The Food however is well worth that hassle. Many choices of eating establishments in this area and this is one of the finest.

Stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and was very pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t very busy when we went on a Tuesday, but the staff made sure to welcome us promptly and let us know about the different menu options. Felipe was awesome! He went above and beyond to provide great service and had the best bubbly personality. The food was also delicious, but he made the experience memorable. Facility was also clean and well-maintained; we sat outside, very comfortable seating. 10/10 will be back!

This was. My first time eating here and I can’t wait to go back!! Everything was amazing, the staff, the food, the atmosphere and I don’t know what else to say, except I highly recommend going them a try!!! My brother had the mushroom and Swiss, my sister in law and nephew both had the barbecue bacon cheeseburger and I got a huge tenderloin. I also got my husband a pizza burger to go and he loved it!!! Their fries and onion rings are both really good too

The price is right and the onion rings are very fresh and hot as well as everything else! The employees are top-notch and very friendly. Everything is made to order and you can tell. We will be back!
