I ordered an 8 piece family meal via the app. When I got home, we noticed that large container of coleslaw was half full and the both containers for the large Mash and large gravy were also half full. And there were 3 and 1/2 biscuits. The half biscuit is in the pic below. Totally disappointing. This store is horrible. I even tried to call and let it ring for quite a while. Then they picked up and quickly hung up.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Experiencing poor service at a fast-food restaurant like KFC can be incredibly frustrating. When employees are disrespectful, it not only ruins the dining experience but also reflects poorly on the establishment. Slow service compounds the issue, leaving customers feeling ignored and undervalued. This combination of disrespect and inefficiency can lead to dissatisfaction and a reluctance to return. NEVER EVER COMING BACK TO THIS KFC!!!

Atajhma Took my order in the drive-through I asked her to switch one of chicken Chalupa‘s to a beef one she refused so I asked for my refund for the chicken one and then I asked her if I could just purchase the beef one she asked me to leave the drive-through or she would call the cops and she ended up calling the police for no reason she was very rude. This is my GO-TO KFC location…or WAS!
My wife went thru the drive thru tonight Dec 6 2024 and purchased kfc as well as Taco Bell. On my Taco Bell order They gave her beef instead of chicken, which they corrected, after she returned to the drive thru, with no problem, but she didnt check the chicken order because we never had a problem at this location. But this order was totally messed up, I ordered a 2 pc combo (white meat). They gave me an OLD burnt wing that was totally unedible and a THIGH! NO BREAST! They finished me off with 3/4 order of fries ( I didnt eat any fries when I took this pic). This was just an overall
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I WOULD NOT RECOMEND! STAY AWAY!

The employees need to turn off the Uber Eats Tablet because it is affecting Driver Ratings for canceling orders. Not to mention it makes us waste Gasoline. Please Please Please turn that off or add the correct business hours.

What can I say… I did an online order went inside to finish waiting on my order. No one came to the counter, they walked by me. Guess i waited 10- 15 minutes before someone finally came to the counter. So I said I was there to pick up my on-line he said oh okay then went around the corner started talking to someone. So I told him again my name . Then he said I only have two orders . Oh wait here’s your order. We’ll I thought that was it until I dropped my food off at my friend’s few minutes later my friend called and said the order was missing the large Cole slaw. I told her I’m so sorry I will call back at KFC and let them know. But no one even answered the phone. I even tried again when I got home but still no one answered the phone at KFC. Every time we attempt to place an order there is ALWAYS an issue. Either they don’t have chicken (mind blown) or they gave our paid order to someone else! So we have to wait over 30 minutes to get chicken cooked! Who owns this franchise should know what crappy service is given. Just close if you can’t provide food or customer service. Let another company that wants to actually provide food take over that location!

Andrew went out of his way to provide great customer service, and he treated me with respect the whole time. It’s clear he cares about his job and making customers feel welcome.

Tried them for the first time & not surprised i was disappointed. Ordered the new spicy wings combo & they were TRASH. The breading was packed on the chicken they barely had any meat. All you taste was crust. Wedges were old as if they gave me some from yesterday & just put them back in the grease. 0/10. I see why i don’t order food here, the food never look appetizing. But i decided to give them a try anyway.

I stopped by KFC for dinner and noticed a sign in the window that said if you order $15 online, you’ll get an 8pc chicken. The cashier told me the coupon was no longer valid, but when I politely mentioned the sign should be removed if that’s the case, she agreed and honored it anyway. Also Ester informed me it would be 15 minutes on my order because it will be cooked fresh. Thank you, Ester, for owning it and delivering on the promise. This is the kind of service customers appreciate!
