I want to give high praise to this Domino’s Pizza! For being so busy on Super Bowl Sunday they were exceptional at preparing the pizza and handling guests. This location had plenty of employees working at every station and all the employees were happy and cheerful and friendly! And the place was super clean and well maintained! My pizza was ready on time even though they were super busy and my pizza was nice and fresh!

I ordered a pizza for delivery and received it with a BUG in it. I took a bite of a slice and immediately noticed the texture changed, upon inspection there was half a COCKROACH in my pizza. Here are the photos to prove it. This location clearly lacks pest control. I will be reporting to the food safety department.

BAD BAD SERVICE!!! Do not order from or support this location! If I could give them negative 10 stars, I would. They completely failed to deliver my pizza. I waited over an hour for nothing. If I hadn’t called, I never would have known it wasn’t coming.
The manager, Ally, was incredibly rude and even hung up on me. They have zero customer service skills and no basic manners. It’s shameful that they can get away with treating customers this way.

Ally, the manager, provided terrible customer service. She hung up on us during our conversation, which was very unprofessional. I was very disappointed with the manager, Ally. She was rude!!!!! We waited for over an hour for our pizza and never received a call telling us that they wouldn’t deliver to our address. Why didn’t she tell us before we ordered. Terribly managed store!!!
