Antinoz Café began as a dream, one that took root in my childhood as I watched my mother create culinary wonders in her kitchen. One of my most cherished memories is watching her make her apple cake: the rhythmic motion of her hands mixing ingredients, the careful layering of apple slices, and that final, fragrant sprinkle of cinnamon. The warm, spiced aroma would fill our home, leaving me mesmerized by the magic of cooking. Those moments sparked a love of flavor, texture, and creativity that only deepened as I grew. Genuinely very unique place. I initially was drawn in because I saw online that it had food, coffee, and pastries. It felt very cozy, very welcoming. Both servers very attentive and nice. I think thats what made me reconsider my initial negative thoughts about this place. Regardless of the food, a place where you feel welcomed and they treat you with kindness will always make you come back. I only give it 4/5 because of my personal experience, I walked in with my little sister and the food took very long. About 1 hour and 30 minutes but the servers did apologize a million times about the wait and I understand it wasnt their fault. It was just so busy which says a lot and it means their business is doing good! The decor was very cute! so ambiance 10/10. I tried the pollo piccante specialty pizza. I wanted to try something Ive never tried before. I only ever have pepperoni pizza but this pizza was good but not for me. It had too much cheese but I know a lot of people would love that. My little sister ordered a fettuccine alfredo pasta and she liked it a lot, except the chicken felt too peppery for her. Overall, tried something new, and I would go again but to try their coffee next time.

Gem of a place. Excellent service & atmosphere. Quality, warm & welcoming. Had lunch and was so relaxing & delicious! Loved that they have a variety of coffees and on ice as well! Shared a Ceasar salad with excellent homemade dressing, shaved parmesan. Enjoyed Chicken Gargonzola-creamy white sauce with sundried tomato, spinach, & super crispy succulent chicken. My only suggestion would be to add more of those veges as they were sparce. Also spaghetti & meatballs. Meatballs tender, fab sauce. Loved the soft bread slices that came with both dishes. And plenty to take home for lunch tomorrow! The desserts look fantastic, but too full to get for now. All around a place I’ll be visiting again to try other dishes. No liquor license yet, but can bring your own & no corking fee!

The food here was really good. The breakfast sandwich was delicious, and the lasagna was bangin. The sauce on the lasagna was very tasty, and it was super cheesy. I would recommend it for sure.
The owner was extremely friendly, and we talked about food for a while. That made my first time visit even better.
The restaurant is really relaxing. They played a nice collection of jazz music and I was really digging the decor. You can also see them prepare your food if you sit in the back.
This is my new spot, and I’ll definitely be back to try their other dishes.

Let’s just start off with the facts. The ratings are completely misleading. The food is absolutely Mid completely mediocre. Nothing to brag about. It’s not above and beyond. It’s not special. It’s not good Italian food. Honestly, the marinara is a joke and it’s a clear indication that you don’t make your sauce in house secondly before someone buys a bottle of wine you should inform that they cannot take their bottle of wine home. The fact that I spent $40 in a bottle of wine and I couldn’t take it home is absurd that is something that you definitely inform people before they buy a bottle of wine lastly chasing someone out of a restaurant because you assume that they stole a bottle is crazy next time if you’re so worried about someone stealing a bottle, watch them leave please by all means if you’re looking for a good Italian restaurant do not come here. Little Italy is right off of Blanco in West Avenue and the food is actually decent better than decent delicious the only good thing about tonight was having the most wonderful day with the most wonderful man and y’all can’t take that from me, but just know this restaurant can purely suck it.

I would like all of the SA residents to visit Antinoz Cafe Italian Restaurant at 5826 Babcock Road! You will get the BEST customer service & the MOST delicious food all at once! The chef came out to visit with us & welcome us. The server was attentive throughout our visit. I ordered the Seafood Alfredo. There was an abundant amount of shrimp & plump scallops! Their prices are reasonable as well! All homemade dishes, including the desserts!

I originally came in just for dessert but ended up staying for dinner because the food was so delicious and the service was top-notch. The place is picture ready to take your girlfriends for lunch or dinner. It is very well decorated & is tastefully fabulous. Our server was super friendly & helpful. I asked for breaded chicken with my salad & they accomodated with no problem. It was delicious btw. All the food for our group was amazing & we also had coffee and dessert. Its a drive but I will for sure be back!
