Qué Rico used to be located where Kura Sushi now is — we couldn’t believe it when we saw they re-opened nearby!
The new location is much cozier and inviting, and incredibly clean. We always come back for the quality of their food, the pricing, and most of all — the portions. Best priced burrito bowls and crêpes in Boulder, for sure

Tried this place for lunch with my family. They have a great menu. Lots of options. Service was very friendly and quick. We saw lots of people coming in to also pick up meals. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Exceptional++ food and atmosphere. Their new location is much nicer and now they are serving liquor and brunch as well. IMHO the best Mexican food in Boulder. Super terrific flatiron views also!

As a fellow Mexican, I couldn’t be more satisfied and thrilled to have this authentic Mexican restaurant that makes me feel like home (in Boulder). I had their pozole and carne asada fries and they were phenomenal. The pozole’s meat was tender and the broth was tasty. The fries were crispy and the carne asada well seasoned. This is a family owned business that started as a food truck selling antojitos (cravings/snacks). The owner Javier recently opened up this new location after closing the snack shop close by. This is a much more elevated space and menu. It now has a brunch menu and more typical Mexican dishes like birria, tamales, tortas, huaraches, and it will eventually serve alcohol (margaritas, cantaritos, Palomas). I am so proud of this local business. I know it will thrive because it has authenticity, heart and soul.

So to keep it short this place moved and has changed how it functions. Used to be a place where you ordered at the register and then went up grabbed your food and sat back down. Now it’s a full on restaurant experience, with really good food presentations. The only thing I can say that is odd is the horchata is now called a Milk shake on they’re menu but that’s not enough of a reason to dock any stars at all.

Absolutely phenomenal service! The food was fantastic, the waitress was incredibly accommodating, and the establishment has a wonderfully inviting ambience. I’m not usually one to go for Mexican food, but this has easily joined the ranking as one of my favorite places to eat in Boulder!

I was excited to try the strawberry horchata (which was easily some of the best I’ve ever had)! The quesabirria was delicious and filling. The salsas were also fantastic. I finished the meal with a beautiful and decadent flan. Javier, the owner, was attentive to my needs and made sure that all customers who came in were satisfied. There were so many wonderful things on the menu, including Mexican street foods and brunch items (served all-day). I will absolutely be making this one of my regular spots anytime I visit Boulder!
