I had to wait an hour and a half to pick up my online order that said it was ready. During that hour and a half not one person showed up at the window. The pizza was horrible and cold when we got it. I did notice the receipt had the actual time of when the order was placed not when it was rang up. Fishy? We decided to try again 2 weeks later and sat in the drive-thru for 45 minutes. Felt like a repeat of last time with no one coming to the window again so we just left and went down the street to Johnny Ray’s. Drove back by Pizza Hut and the people that were behind me are still in line. I’m not making my kids wait another hour and a half to 2 hours for them to get their pizza

I don’t recommend going here anymore. They have lost a lot of care for what they do. I actually place an order and a minute after I place it. I called them to ask if I could please get fresh breadsticks it’s happened multiple times when I get there I get my food I feel it not really hot, but I was thinking maybe it’s because it’s in two bags so I get home and my breadsticks are flat and mind you My pizza was the worst I’ve ever had all the ingredients were just dropped right in the middle of the pizza not spread out evenly or nothing. It was terrible. I will no longer go to this store.

I waited 20 extra minutes for my order. And then, when I asked the general manager about it, who told me her name was Cassie she looked me up and down then told me it was coming. I don’t appreciate that kind of behavior toward me, especially when I’m a paying customer. The store looked absolutely disgusting. There was trash everywhere. The floors look black.. yuck!

Tried the Chicago tavern Pizza and the flavor was great but too much crust was exposed with a thin crust. It usually will dry it out where it’s not even good bread.. why not cover the crust all the way to the edge with the toppings so that you hold in the moisture?

Pizza and wings both over cooked. Minimal cheese on pizza. No one acknowledged me at the drive through window until I knocked. I’ve ordered from here multiple times and never had such a bad experience.

Read the reviews and order with caution. The new location and updated facade have not improved the level of service at this location. I placed an order online at 7:48, with an expectation of delivery between 45-60 minutes based on the website’s timer. At 9:00, I called the store number because still no pizza. I ended up talking with a representative in Pittsburg, KS. She was not helpful. in fact, I’d say she did more damage to the situation. She claimed that it was a new store and they are “probably slow because they’re learning a new system.” Hearing that, I asked to cancel the order and to process a refund. She claimed that she couldn’t do that, that I had to wait for the order. Which, the pizza finally arrived at 9:36. It was cold and stale (see attached photo). The driver apologized and stated that “they have us understaffed.”

Lee’s Summit has many options for pizza. Save the hassle and use one of them instead (Domino’s is always on time )

My wings had almost no sauce on them and half of our pepperoni pizza didn’t have pepperoni on it… overall completely unsatisfied with this order. They messed up the two things we ordered… not great.

Ordered online for pick up. Got the Hut deal with 2 pizzas, breadsticks and wings. Got my order at the drive thru window and when I got home, there were no wings with the order. Also ordered my pizzas with extra sauce, and there was very little sauce on them even for regular sauce, much less extra. I called back to the store to advise them I didn’t get the wings. They of course said would you like to come back and get them. No I don’t want to get out and drive back to the store to get my order while my pizza gets cold – ridiculous!! They said they would credit my account and hung up. No apology for the inconvenience or anything like that. I still have not received a credit back on my card. I’ve sent 3 emails now and no action has been taken in 5 days. Guess I will not visit this location again, the service is TERRIBLE!
