The bread and donuts are freshly baked with the perfect balance of crispness and softness — not too sweet, just right. Their classic croissants and twisted sugar donuts are absolute must-tries! The coffee is aromatic and smooth, pairing beautifully with any pastry. The shop is bright, clean, and cozy, and the staff are always kind and welcoming. Every visit starts the day with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone who loves handmade pastries and a warm, friendly atmosphere!

Super clean, newer location with seating and bathrooms, this is located in the old Boston Market spot in the parking lot (very busy and sometimes hard to find parking).

They don’t have the full spectrum of pastries that we’ve gotten in the Bergen County shop, but they do have the 1000 layer bread.

This is half of a $30 mini cake. I have ordered alot of Korean/asian cakes throughout the years and never have I gotten a cake that falls apart like this a few hours after I bought it and put in fridge. Cake itself also was extremly dry. Pastries here are okay but will not be returning

Coffee is good, decor is nice, wants me to sit and enjoy my drink and pastry. But lacking seats for the size. Had to eat in my car.

I recently visited this Korean bakery and was seriously impressed! They offer a wide variety of breads and cakes—there’s something for everyone. I especially loved the thousand layer pastry loaf and the croissant roll—both were incredibly flaky and buttery. The double chocolate pastry was rich and satisfying, and the beef bulgogi croquette was a perfect savory option—crispy on the outside with flavorful filling inside. Everything was fresh, well-made, and delicious. Highly recommend this place if you’re into quality pastries with both sweet and savory options. I’ll definitely be back again!

I’ve been to other D’avant locations, I don’t know what it is, the Ridgefield location is just a cut above. The selection of pastries are stellar. Everything it’s tasty. They have a ube rollie pastry that is stupendous, flaky, tasty, and not overly sweet. Another one of my favorite is their corn croquette. Outside looks like the thing from marvel, flaky to a mild crunch on the outside, with a good chew, inside creamy filling with corn. You really can’t go wrong with any of the pastries there. All are hits. The lattes, and coffee are good too. Definitely good cafe quality coffee. The place is always jamming, filled with people sitting, also people coming in and out. It’s a bustling place, and rightfully so.

Overall, the bakery offers a great selection of tasty bread. The 고로케 (croquette) is always high quality, and the other options are solid as well. The only downside of this branch is the seating. The chairs and tables are not very comfortable.

New bakery in the old Boston market space; just opened today apparently. Tried two of the sweet pastries, pretty good! They seem to have a larger selection of savory items than other places, though I didn’t try any.

Not sure about the seating setup though–would probably make more sense to get some real tables in place.
