North Carolina.! Fun time bar For sure. Apologies to the 21 year old Wake Forest jock who I told that Silver Moon was Dive bar. It is indeed a Dive Bar however it is not the “Dive Bar” as known in Winston Salem. Hope you can forgive a Pennsylvania Yankee who went to Pitt.!

I went last Sunday and it was awesome. Fair price for beer and drinks, lovely staff Joe and Cliff, amazing vibe! Just a little and cool bar in the middle of Winston-Salem. By the way the music was unique. I learnt a lot about American music.

What a great little hole in the wall bar. It’s is small inside, but they do have some outdoor seating. Going in, you have a kind of Old Western Saloon. We had 4 adults and a gaggle of young teenage girls. The bartender made some special Shirly Temples for all of them. We all got a drink, and it was like $20. Fantastic prices! It’s definitely a great place to check out. Outside, they even had an open window to the bar, so you could order.

I came here on a Friday with my friend around 9:15pm. The place is super small, but unique. We sat at the bar and I ordered a Dirty Shirley and my friend ordered a Rum and Coke. They do not have any specialty drinks. I did appreciate that they do have an outside area which will be great as summer time rolls around. I would say it could easily get very crowded so plan accordingly.

This is an amazing dive bar! I recently popped into the Silver Moon after suggestions from some great local advice. Awesome hole in the wall venue that had a great group of bartenders and regulars. I’d recommend popping in for an adult spirit.

Dive bar. Awesome. Good people. Big fan of the patio. It’s tight inside but that’s what makes it special. The bathrooms aren’t that bad. Service at the window can be slow but who else has a walk up window service? No one.. there’s nowhere else like this place. Enjoy.

Favorite bar but leaving a 1 star review to warn people about the $85 dollar parking charge you will incur via mail for parking in their parking lot. It is now paid parking and will photograph your license plate going in and out and send you a bill in the mail. I’m sure there is a way to validate it but none of the employees will mention it to you. The parking charge comes from a private company called Professional Parking Management based out of Florida and they are not even legally allowed to operate their cameras in Florida anymore. The only place they currently have them nationwide is in Winston Salem with their offices being located in Florida. This itself is pretty shady. Oh and you can’t dispute it over the phone, they will only get back to you via email. Haven’t been back since getting the bill and don’t plan to. Sorry you lost my business.
