Went in on a Sunday, a very nice man named Angel helped us with the menu and gave us come recommendations since it was our first time! The food was amazing and for an incredible price too! Angel was the only person working at the time but we got our food within 10 minutes and he was very friendly and accommodating! 10/10 for Angel!

The employee who helped did not even know if he had FRESH bakers !! I asked for brisket it was extremely dry I said no green onions as I have an allergy did he care Nope !! No utensils to eat with . He did not know how to upsell or ask if I wanted a big pink cup now I’m a baked potato snob and I wanted something that I could enjoy for 2 days . But due to the employee cross contaminating my food cause I can taste diff meats on this plus green onions I can not eat it
The employee dressed like a slob had a scruffy beard , which is against health code policy’s he needs to wear a beard net .
This place has def gone down hill and I used to do a ton of catering from this place but no longer
Potato was hard as a rock that means it was not done properly or its old !!!

No soft serve, no problem. In the words of my son, “I’m full.” I don’t know what’s up with all you haters, but this Dickey’s was fire! Tanya helped me out and directed me the right way. Irish Nachos. Brisket. It was awesome. I got the beans on the side and put the sour cream and sauce right on the meat. Brisket was tasty and tender. Moist. Absolutely no complaints.

My son wanted the soft serve, but I’m still trying to teach him that good BBQ is better than some desert.

Great customer service. It made me feel at home. I highly recommend this Dickey’s!

This location is under new ownership; and you can tell. Dickey’s has always done a pretty good job with their food but individual locations were better than others based on who was running them. This location was taken over in August 2023 by an experienced local restaurant family and they are really making a difference. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The whole restaurant was very clean, including the bathroom. Overall the owner and staff seems interested in providing an exceptional experience. I will be going there again soon.

Walked in, place looked dark and only had one customer inside. Before we were able to place an order the worker let us know he was out of everything but chicken. Had his AirPod in and just apologized. It honestly felt like he just didn’t want to work. Either the morning staff really left him with nothing or he didn’t want to work.

Was not happy about my food first it says curbside pickup there was not they ask for your license plates but they don’t come out I went in to see if my food was done it was not ready so I waited they told me the bag ripped so she was placing it in a new one I walked out to find none of my sides were in there and everything was dry no sauce so I went back in and they were so surprised, that none of my sides were in there, which is weird because they were barely packing it on top of that they were out of dinner rolls, which online it says dinner rolls, which they didn’t even tell me about it until I went back in there to let them know that it wasn’t in there and then they said there out the Togo boxes were so messy, and full of grease and everything like they were just whippeing it together mind you I spent almost $60 something dollars on this meal upon getting home everything was just so disgusting. The fries were soggy and cold, which she just gave me fries because they had forgotten them. They gave me hard pieces of meat it’s not even edible the big potato was hard and dry I would not eat there again nor recommend this place my sandwich was A pulled pork sandwich dry no sauce no pickles and onions. I got none of that. was not happy about my order the potato was $13 bucks to the meat was so hard not edible

I recommend you go elsewhere. The food was not horrible, but it certainly wasn’t good, or as described. (e.g. Texas toast was really sad dinner rolls). Aside from the bait and switch on quality the order was actually mostly correct.

My first time at Dickey’s. Maybe they were having an off day, but my meal was pretty bad, top to bottom.

I got the 3 meat plate. $21 and comes with 2 sides. I got brisket, ribs, pulled pork baked beans and fried okra. The beans were half hard and undercooked. Luckily I took them back and the staff was happy to give me something else. So I tried the potato casserole. The potatoes casserole is basically just pureed style mashed potatoes with cheese and green onion on top. Unfortunately they had a weird undertone flavor, almost like soap. Could not eat them. Some of the okra was OK, but quite a few pieces were hard and stringy, like old tough asparagus that you can’t chew through.

The brisket was fatty and stringy. The ribs had good flavor, but were hard and dry on top, to the point where they were hard to chew. The pulled pork was just OK.

The staff was very friendly!

Just came in today for my first time in a few years and since this location transitioned under new ownership.

I can tell you this though…Tonya and Sam, (I made a point of getting their names) the new owners, are like a breath of fresh air. And I don’t even mean as limited to the restaurant business. I mean they exemplify the sort of excellence anyone in business should strive for. Luckily, for us, their talents aren’t being wasted in some faceless back office, but rather out-front and interfacing with customers, while delivering service only bonused by the fact that they are also serving you barbecue made with love.

In my experience, these types of individually owned and operated chain restaurants are only as good as the individual owner/managers, who choose or choose not to run them by prioritizing a memorable customer experience.

I just hope Dickey’s corporate realizes how lucky they are to have two ambassadors such as these, keeping their brand shining !
