You know, sometimes you just want a really great bacon cheeseburger… and this place delivers that. A lot of places won’t even give you the choice for medium or medium rare… here, they do.

The hamburger is never frozen and is formed by hand. Rare in the “bar busines”! I’d say it’s my favorite hamburger in the eight years I’ve lived here.

1. Bun is really nicely buttered and toasted.
2. LOTS OF BACON.
3. Fresh, crispy veggies if that’s your thing.
4. Onion rings were perfect.

I also love all of their handmade soups and crabcakes as well as the deep fried ribs

Wow. Cold fries, watery mashed potatoes, the weirdest “baked beans” I’ve every had, and literal Kraft Mac and cheese (that they up charge $3.50 for as a side). The two stars is solely because the brisket sandwich was decent. That being said, it was very small for the price. And so glad I got the BBQ sauce on the side because it just tasted like ketchup and bbq mixed. I cannot understand how this place is sitting at a 4.5 for reviews. Would definitely not spend my money here again.

Adam’s Taphouse is a true gem! The staff is absolutely amazing and makes you feel like part of the family. The locals are regulars, and it’s clear why—they create such a welcoming atmosphere that makes everyone feel at home. You’re not just another customer, you’re treated like family. It’s also a fantastic place to meet new people, especially if you’ve moved from a different state. They’re always including everyone in their celebrations and making sure no one feels left out. The food is phenomenal—always delicious and perfectly prepared—and the service is out of this world. They really take good care of you here. If you’re looking for great food, drinks, and a place where you truly belong, Adam’s Taphouse is the spot!

Love y’all!

I really wanted to love this place. It was recommended by a local, so I had high hopes.

The meatloaf was delicious. The steak nachos were excellent. The chili was really good.

The service wasn’t great. Only one other couple there and it took 10 minutes to get a drink. Food was great. Waited for 15 minutes after table was cleared to order desert but got tired of waiting. Paid the bill and left. There were plenty of staff, chatting, cleaning silverware, etc. but nobody had time to come to the table.

Food was great. Service…

Have frequented this establishment for years and have never been disappointed! Food is fabulous – have tried the ribs, crab cake sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, crab pretzel, shrimp quesadillas, salads and desserts. All great! Staff & service are always top notch as well. If you haven’t tried them, hurry on over – you won’t regret it!

Food is wonderful. Best homemade beef stew! Service was great. Atmosphere for a Thursday game night was reasonable, very busy and everyone was enjoying themselves. Will certainly be back!

Absolutely gorgeous building. The bar in the center of an open floor to vaulted ceiling design allows for an inclusive feel between bar and restaurant. The design is modern and sleek. Not like the other Adam’s locations. The architecture and atmosphere will allow the company to draw on more of the community for dinner and / or drinks. The original Adam’s feels like a warm country home for whole families and dinners with babies. The new Adam’s boasts date night, an older crowd enjoying a cold drink and ap with friends or a great meal /business meeting. I was impressed at how large it felt inside. There are 2 levels and lots of stairs if you choose to dine upstairs, which I did. It was a great view of the bar from above, and I could not help but think this could become the Cheers of Eastport..the food was delicious. The menu is a smaller menu than the other Adam’s locations I’ve visited. Edgewater, Kent Island area and Eastport… but not lacking in any deliciousness. We had the crab dip served with a warm baggette crispy on the outside and soft on the inside it paired well with the bubbly cream cheese and MD blue crab. I had prime rib, med rare with asparagus and sweet potato casserole. Omg, that, my friends, was worth the entire visit. Served in a tiny cast iron skillet, the sweet potatoes have brown sugar crumbles and minced pecans baked until crispy around the edges. A photo of this is below. The restroom was clean and stocked. It could benefit from an air freshner of some kind, in my opinion. The server was great, attentive, and knew the menu well. A young woman with an awesome personality in college who also has worked at Adam’s Eastport for a couple of years. The only disappointment was that more than half my prime rib was all fat and gristle, thus inedible. The photo on the small plate of the fat is the last photo below. FYI, parking was nonexistant. I have lived here all my life pretty much, so I was able to find a place near Eastport Elementary.

The food at this restaurant was very good. The homemade clam chowder soup was absolutely amazing, awesome!!! I have tasted many clam chowder soups but this one is for the record!!! The baby back ribs were very tender. The burger was flavorful and surprisingly tender. My server Sophi was great! I will be revisiting really soon!!!
