Late, my pickup order took 20 mins later than planned. Was not in any way busy at all. In fact the doors were locked at 11:30 am when I arrived. The employee didn’t even put my pizzas in the oven until after I got there. I recommend a different location.

Like others said, I wouldn’t deliver at this location. I ordered my food at 7:55 PM, ended up arriving at 11:30 PM, which is 3 hours and 35 minutes. It’s a bit strange as well considered I called them to cancel the order after an hour of no response from the tracker (ETA was 30 minutes, so I waited an extra 30 minutes before calling to cancel).
Management definitely needs to staff this location a lot better, a 3.5+ hour wait time for a delivery pizza is beyond reasonable.

Took over an hour before I got my food for carry out. It took 15 min more than the app said originally and then once I got there nobody was at the front to give people orders even though they were done. Just a line of people making eye contact with the employees in the back and a girl on her phone a few feet from the register but no one to simply hand a box over. The pizza had the least amount of chicken I have ever seen from here. I’m not sure who the employees were tonight because it’s not always this bad.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with any Domino’s store.
My delivery order took more than 3 hours, and when I called at 6:22 PM, the staff told me my order was still “out for delivery.”
Twenty minutes later, the manager suddenly claimed the driver “couldn’t find me,” “called me,” and “threw the food away,” even though I received no calls at all. I have phone records to prove this.
The manager was rude, dismissive, and hung up on me when I asked for redelivery. When I called again, he intentionally left me on hold for almost ten minutes without responding.
This was not only extremely unprofessional but also dishonest. I’ve never been treated this way as a customer. I hope Domino’s corporate reviews this store seriously.

horrible service.. made us wait 2 hours for delivery and then said 1 more hour so we switched to carry out. when we went there they said they cancelled it and worker was yelling at us. took 30 mins to respond on call too

Ordered a pizza at 11:04 PM, estimated delivery time was within 30 minutes. After placing the order, the estimated delivery window was between 1:54 AM to 2:07 AM which doesn’t make much sense since the store closes at 1 AM on Thursday which is when i placed the order. I tried calling the store but I got no response. This place sucks. At the bare minimum, answer the phone.

As a truck driver I order Dominoes all over and this by far was the worst I’ve ever received!!!!! Nothing was right or good!!! Dry overcooked pizza basically no sauce in the cheese marinara dipping sauce! Ordered my pasta without onion and there was so many and they were strong!! that you couldn’t taste anything else. It was a HUUGGGEEEE waste of my hard earned money!!!!

Don’t order from here, they can’t keep enough stuff to get you your order on time. And they won’t care to let you know. I ordered a delivery to be scheduled for an hour later drop off and when I finally made it to the store, they told me I had to wait another hour for it.
