Horrible experience!! Sat in the drive thru for about 15 mins the cashier didn’t realize her mic was on and was just screaming and cursing about slapping someone and being rude and obnoxious I had to yell at the woman on the mic to finally get her attention to know I was sitting there at the drive thru listening to her entire disrespectful conversation. Once she acknowledged she was still on the mic I waited another 8 mins for her to even take my order when I got to the window the chubby Hispanic girl with black hair that was yelling was still playing around with her coworkers and finally told us that the chicken we ordered was no longer available 30 mins prior to closing and we’d have to choose something else. So when I ordered she could have told us that Information instead of wasting our time when now we have to find another restaurant to eat at because of the unprofessional that we experienced. DO NOT GO HERE . Nothing but young inexperienced kids with no care in the world about taking a job seriously

The people at this Popeyes are very lazy this food we ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and they came out with no sauce on them on dry bread a couple of pickles and the chicken patties have been sitting out forever they were disgusting like somebody’s going to get food poisoning from this place is going to be some real complaints here I live outside of town so we can turn around and go back and get it but I’m trying to call and complain to the restaurant so I’m going to have to call headquarters instead which somebody needs to say something because this isn’t the first time this has happened the food is old is disgusting and there’s nothing on it I mean there’s a sloped it together it is not what we pay for

Shock and amazed! The WORST $ 31.30, I have ever spent. The new location was gosh awful. The chicken was luke warm and hard as 3 day old meat! How in the Fudge Cookie could this happen at one of the most famous chicken places this side of the moon. The meet had been under the heat lamp too long and the end game here was sell it! NEVER AGAIN! Please do not go here for good fried chicken!

Saturday night walked in the music blaring so loud I had to shout so they could hear me. I was there to pick up a delivery order. 3 item pick up. They first told me they were dropping the wings in the deep fryer it will be 8 minutes. I said that’s fine and told my customer. I sat and waited patiently. Then 15 minutes goes by and they said they are all out of ghost pepper wings I will need to call the customer. So I step into the entryway to make a call and I’m on the phone with the customer about to explain and the lady behind the counter at the front running registers signals me to get off the phone. So I come back in and the music is so loud I can no longer hear the customer on the phone. She says they have the peppers. Then they go back and forth arguing over nonsense, I told them I just want the order not the drama when she tries to explain her workers mess. Then things get stupid. This lady has the wings then she doesn’t about 5 times. Then she wants to tell me how to read my order when it clearly says pick up 3 items and she only hands me 2. Failed to give me a receipt with order so I have to ask for it. Then she takes 5 minutes to print a receipt which I assumed was mine she crumbles it up and throws it away and says she must have thrown it out. Look I’m patient but wow… so finally after 5 minutes they find the receipt now there’s no tape. I reach across the counter grab the receipt, say thank you and take my photo of the order before I leave. This customer luckily did not leave me a bad review but I bet you got 2 bad reviews on your restaurant. 1 being myself and the other being the customer. Get your crew out of party mode and into work mode. They acted like it was their first rodeo. Did she mess with me on purpose? Idk, but I’d like to experience a higher level quality of service next time I go in there.

This place is new so I was excited to try it. Tried it the first time and the chicken was lukewarm and dry.
Thinking because it was their first week they were trying to get their barrens I went today, 6 days later, the chicken was still dry and cold. My friend ordered the same 2 piece combo and her chicken breast was fresh but her wing was dried out! Both my pieces were obviously old.
If they don’t up their game they’re not going to be open long!

Ordered family meal and the wings. I was so excited to try this location. Unfortunately the amount of money that I paid did not meet my expectations. The portion sizes are super small the chicken was so tiny. Some of my tenders were the size of a popcorn chicken. I really had high hopes for this location because the other location in Waco is absolutely terrible. Come on Popeyes! Up your game!
