Great food. Restaurant suffers from gloomy lighting and is somewhat outdated. The one is Boardman is a 100% more attractive. Also, unfortunately, there is no doorway to the parking lot which makes it unsafe in the darker months of the year.

We were really quite pleased with Hot Head Burritos in Boardman. Everything was fresh, tasted great, and the staff were very welcoming. The atmosphere was really calming and not chaotic like a nearby competitor. We will definitely return in the future. Thanks to the staff!

Ordered online before 530. I got there 15 min later, they said not all of my food was ready yet. I sat there and watched them make 7 people’s food ahead of mine. The guy was at least trying to help, but the other lady said I would just have to wait. After they cleared the people in line they made my food. I didn’t get out of there until after 6, which meant that the food that was already made was ice cold. I don’t think they were trying to be malicious by any means, but you guys need to realize that if you have someone waiting on an order that’s the same as someone standing in line. You can’t just blow off the online orders.

Placed my online order around 4:40 PM for 5:00 PM. It’s 5:13PM and I’m still waiting in the drive thru. When I showed up at 5PM (you know, when it was supposed to be ready), the woman working was like “It’s not ready. I will let you know when it is.” M’am I will be perished from starvation by then. No updates on progress or why everything was slow as molasses.
Finally got my food that was supposed to be ready for pick up at 5:00 PM at 5:18 pm. Update was that they were super busy. I empathize, but come on.

The service was fast. We were in and out quick, but the food wasn’t as hot as it should’ve been and the vegetables weren’t as fresh as I’d like. The atmosphere was average for a college campus setting, but you will be greeted by flies.
