They’re are flies everywhere in this establishment it appears to be very unsanitary and none of the employees make any effort to remove or deter them in any fashion. I highly doubt not recommended eating here.

Ordered carry out for pizza night and was very happy with my food. The staff are always super friendly when you walk in to pick up your pizza . Pizza was still hot and fresh when I got it home. It seemed to be made with care and the quality of the ingredients was very good. It has to be difficult to get it right 100% of the time, but I order from this store every couple of weeks and it’s always been good. Please give me a thumbs up if this helped you. Thanks!

It’s ALWAYS only 1 person working there. He’s nice as he can be but obviously that causes a lot of issues with order accuracy. Normally we let it slide because we sympathize that he’s busy and alone but after tonight we’re done. Ordered 4 pizzas and 2 kinds of bread sides, received only 3 pizzas and the bread. Not a huge deal, my husband should have counted as well. He goes back to the store to get it and finds it was never made to begin with, he shows the guy the order, guy makes it. Husband gets home and it’s just a pepperoni pizza, when it should have been 5 toppings. Husband should have checked but seriously? We are giving up on it now but won’t ever return. There’s only been 1 person working here for literally 6 months+ there’s clearly something wrong with atmosphere, pay, ownership or something otherwise they would be better staffed, especially on weekends . FIX IT otherwise you are just robbing your customers, which will lead to less business. Try paying a living wage and see what happens. We’ll never know.

We have been customers of this location for years but never again. We had guests one weekend and ordered some pizzas and wings and garlic knots for pickup. When we opened the wings there was a huge ant inside the wings underneath the cheese. We immediately contacted Domino’s even contacted corporate. We were told that the area Supervisor would contact me but he never did so I reached out to corporate again and Jack the area Supervisor finally contacted me via e-mail and started his note with “Hey”. I had already stated that I would never spend another dime at this location or any Domino’s again and I wanted a refund and all he wanted to do is replace the wings. NO THANK YOU! I have tried contacting him twice since requesting my money back since the food was trashed and that would be the right thing to do but he has not responded. Jack, a supervisor was not even courteous enough to give me a call as corporate said I should expect from him. Check your food closely if you purchase from Domino’s. Very poor customer service and nasty location because that is something that should have been caught and no excuse.

Whoever is rudely answering the phones with an attitude and talking over the customer should really get looked into! Sounded like a little girl with no manners nor customer service training! She had no clue what “prep” meant in the Domino’s app tracker. Trying to tell me it meant they were “preparing” to deliver the food! That’s what “delivery” is for! Train your people Domino’s!!

Called in an order for 35 pizzas at 11:00 for a pickup at 5:45. Went into the Bristol Dominos at 5:45 and they hadn’t even started the pizzas. The “GM” there said he has been busy and hadn’t had time. Showed no remorse and didn’t apologize or give a better explanation. The GM from the Bristol Tn store, Jason, was very nice and made my orders and had them ready within 30 min.
