BUYER BEWARE! Some of the menu items do NOT come A La Carte! Ordered a pot pie and was charged the same price as the combo! I was told there is no A La Carte price in the computer. And the famous bowls now have some square cheap looking chicken pieces…..not the nuggets. One pot pie and one famous bowl (no combo)

The food is good, but the noon/night shift workers are too sassy (I cant say what i REALLY wanna say…so “sassy” will have to be an understatement) and the drive through is impossible to maneuver!! There isn’t enough space for my car, so my family always has the issue where we go over the curb, no matter how careful we are! Our whole family goes through this! My mom’s always going on and on about how she accidentally went over the curb AGAIN, so she didnt want to go. so I tried it on her behalf…and yeah, I also went over the curb, Despite knowing to be extra careful about it.

We decided to go into the restaurant. Big Mistake! 35 minutes from order to actually getting our food. Many people came in from the drive thru with missing items or had been waiting an excessive amount of time in their car. After 20 minutes we became concerned. 1 man even tried cancelling his order. It was a total break down in the back of house to the front. If there was communication of a back up, I would have reacted differently. I mentioned something to the woman at the counter. I was met with attitude and an “oh well. Idk what to tell you.”
The food was crispy the mac was runny and looked like potatoes. I did find my wedges. But the service was lacking and drive thru was priority over clients present and inside the establishment.
Disappointed, next time I am going to popeyes.

I don’t normally leave reviews but when I received my order from this kfc I noticed this note was laid on top of it, explaining that they were out of extra crispy so they gave me original AND extra chicken…. i was very happy… i don’t even know if they’re going to see this but whichever employee left this note it made my day thanks goat

Awesome, yall really doing good work, got smiles on your faces you guys are really friendly and have good customer service, nothing needs to change, night crew however? Yeah pick it up, yall know who you are, dragging you feet, moaning and groaning night shift is long and at times boring but shesh, do better seriously, you guys make it too obvious.

Beat the evening rush today! The chicken breading stands alone without needing “spicy”. The chicken at KFC also doesn’t have the gooiness and slime between the breading and meat like other places. Good service, had to ask for the 2 fries they forgot, and both meals should’ve had mashed potatoes, but one magically had Mac n cheese…oh well, didn’t complain cause the kid likes those too.

Went through the drive-thru.They made 3 mistakes with a simple small order.Asked for no gravy on the mashed,they put gravy.Asked for additional side of cole slaw.They upgraded the cole slaw to the larger size instead,(but only gave us the regular size cole slaw).That is a silly amounts of stupid mistakes.
