Ordered a pizza, two types of wings and an Italian sub. Pizza was great. Unfortunately our dry Cajun wings were only seasoned on one half of the wings. When we called to complain the manager said “that’s how we make them”. Our honey mustard wings that we ordered had zero, zip, honey mustard sauce on them. They were plain chicken wings. The manager stated “We will come and pick up the food to make sure it’s not cooked the right way. Our kitchen is closing so we cannot replace your food so we will have to compensate.” I’m ok with that but we are from out of town and this is what we have for dinner. The manager called back and said the owner will compensate the food and it will take 72 hours. She hung up without a word before we could say thank you…..
The pizza was amazing, unfortunately they were served with wings that aren’t worth two cents. Hire a new manager, the face of the company and new cooks who have some passion and aren’t just there for a paycheck.

This is my favorite pizza in Alliance. Other then the pizza, the only other food I can comment on is their fried chicken and chicken wings, both are really good. The staff is always friendly. Be prepared for a little longer wait time wether your picking up or getting delivered because they do get busy, especially on the weekends.

Ordered last week for a BBQ chicken pizza got home and was a buffalo chicken pizza called and spoke to Fallon and she gave us a store credit. Only went here because Sebring store was closed. Ordered tonight for the credit and the girl who answered was clueless she was trying to give me buffalo chicken pizza again I told her no it was supposed to be a bbq chicken. She was like ok and hung up I called back and FINALLY GOT it ordered. Never coming here again. If Sebring is closed again I will go to Louisville!!!

Best service I’ve had all week. The staff is respectful to customers and each other. The kitchen is clean, organized, and efficient. If you want a good laugh, walk onto Dunkin’ Donuts on state st on a weekday and watch the staff insult their coworkers, and the drive thru and in store customers.
