I never ordered from here before but I was really craving hibachi and mushrooms sort of deal. I ordered the fillet mignon with extra mushroom + No Veggie(Ordered ToGo and got my food pretty quick) and it came out to almost $30 which I thought was a lot but I understand the fillet mignon is also an expensive cut, plus when I get my food it made a little more sense. The portions were pretty good and everything tasted great as well. Even the rice on its own was good and flavorful. Nothing was dry and the mushrooms on their own I’d eat as a meal but I just like sautéd mushrooms so I guess I’m a little bias, regardless I’m probably gonna be back sometime soon might even dine in.

I am sooo picky when it comes to hibachi but this place just hits everytime ! Filet Mignon was 22 and I always leave full and with a doggy bag ! The onion soup is good flavor full and for the portion you get id say 2.50 is reasonable ! Only thing I would say is im not a fan of their shrimp sauceee ! but

Miyabi Jr. is by the far the best hibachi in Tega Cay and probably all of Charlotte. Their hibachi filet mignon and shrimp meal is so delicious 100% recommend to all my neighbors in Tega Cay/Fort Mill!!

The team, food, service have been consistently amazing every time! I mostly do take out but have also eaten in the restaurant twice and had the same experience and interacted with the team even more.
The portion size and pricing means I always have leftovers and adding the side of mushrooms just took it to another level. My favorite entree is teriyaki chicken and I always get spring rolls and they’re crispy even 10 minutes after picking it up. Also all the dipping sauces are so flavorful.
Seriously try this place, you won’t regret it!

We drive an hour from their previous location where we live to come see familiar faces and eat the best Japanese food! We’ve loved this restaurant and this team since day 1 when they were in kannapolis and we will continue to make the journey to see them and eat their delicious meals with our family.

I was impressed from atmosphere, friendliness of lady taking of my order on the phone, and taste of the food.
I felt the proportions were appropriate, the fried rice great (maybe just a tad heavy on the black pepper), the shrimp were pretty good -medium size, steak very good. Veggies all well seasoned and cooked. I liked all the sauces.
Took a bit longer than projected side but that’s ok when my food comes out fresh and hot.

5 stars for value. Veggies and meats always come out perfect, fried rice is good, house ginger sauce is really good, and japanese onion soup is always cloudy and flavorful like it should be, not clear and bland. Best part is i usually get 3 dishes for under $20, but yesterday I just got soup, side of fried rice, and a full belly for $6. You cannot beat the prices paired with the consistently delicious food made to order.
