Been here many times over the years for lunch and dinner. Had dinner here recently on the special £21.99 menu, had chicken chat to start, lamb tikka for main with rice and upgrade to keegan nan instead of plain. Absolutely mouthwatering and delicious. Didn’t have desert or coffee. They did bring us a shot of baileys though. Staff and service were great as always. Highly recommended

Can’t comment on atmosphere as we had take out & it’s been a few years since I ate in but we had a tremendous butter chicken and chicken madras with garlic naan delivered took about an hour but was hot delicious with that fruity taste poppadoms and pickle chucked in well worth the money and you’ll have me as a paying customer again. One of the best Indians in Mansfield

The food was tasty, soft tender, cooked perfectly. The keema nan was missing meat and luke-warm. All sauces complimented the food, the sheek kebab was beautiful. All containers were leak proof, no concerns just a little more meat and warmth. Onion bhaji weren’t cooked enough, still powdery texture.

Had rima a few times and never had a problem, tonight curry arrived and the chicken looks like it’s come out of a packet and mixed in with sauce.. the chicken was flat like it’s been pre-sliced.
Chapatti was also soggy and doughy like it was under cooked
Chipa, naan, samoas and onion bhaji were nice.. food was also hot and delivered in a good time

Rima and Faz are amazing friendly hosts. The service from staff is great. We’ve been here three times now and try a different dish each visit. The food it excellent. I highly recommend you try this place. They also do takeaway which seems to be a very busy part of their business. Please give this place a try you’ll be amazed.

Got a cheap groupon deal and wasn’t expecting a lot to be fair but I was surprised how good it was, the food was really good, the lamb malaya and butter chicken were packed full of flavour, starter was lovely. Owner was a great guy and very friendly as was the waitress, she was very prompt and helpful. I could also tell the food was lighter on the stomach, less saturated fat etc which is a definite positive, too many indian restaurants make your stomach feel rough the next day. I fully recommend and will definitely be going back. Thanks

The food is fantastic here, the naan’s are cooked to perfection, coming from leicester I’ve had fair experience of Indian food, but I would say the this place is the best in Mansfield and I’ve tried nearly all of them.
