I gave a 1 star cause I can’t leave zero stars. Came here to grab a pizza for my trip home. Was a little busy. Was told 5 mins and my order would be ready. 45 mins later I’m still waiting. At the 30 minute mark I asked for my money back and was rudely told “we don’t do refunds, you can wait or leave”. Will not get food from there again. This type of waiting I could have went to Pizza Hut or dominos which will be where I go for now on. I finally got my food after 55 mins of waiting. Got home and they gave me 2 cheese pizzas not pepperoni hot and ready’s.

I seriously came up here to order wings and cheese bread. My order was taken the girl said ok walked away from the window went to another screen and did something for like 5-10 mins came back and said ok you wanted what now??? Then proceeded to take my order again twice. She then asked me to pull up and said it would only be like 4 mins. 20 minutes later she comes out to my car and said you wanted the cheese bread and the oven roasted or Buffalo wings????? It is currently 6:51pm. My receipt was printed at 6:28pm which was a good 5-10 mins after I ordered the first time and my food STILL IS NOT OUT! No sorry, no reason for the delay, just they are coming I promise??? And here I sit right at 30 mins now and the guy that just walked in his ticket was for 6:15 and he still had not gotten his either. I finally went inside at 7:01 and they were getting ready to give my cheese bread to the person who has JUST pulled up to the window????? I was not a happy customer!

Stopped by today for a deep dish pizza. We were the only vehicle there so I didn’t mind waiting for them to cook it. A few minutes after waiting… 4 cars pull in. They notice and they hand me a pizza quickly… pizza was undercooked. The dough was not cooked through at all. Very heinous practices.

I ordered a ham and pineapple and a pepperoni with onion, bell pepper and Black olives. The person taking my order seemed to have a hard time understanding what my order was. When I got the receipt it said a veggie pizza, so I told her it was supposed to have pepperoni. Anyway it ended up the manager had to redo the pizza.

It’s not a time I come here and get decent service. I order at the window and they make u wait. I ordered online and still have to wait over 20 minutes pass the time it’s supposed to be done. I’ve given this store multiple chances for redemption but it’s clear they’re not interested. Horrible!
