The manager had an attitude because I placed my order ahead of time and it wasn’t ready. I told them I was picking up and the proceeded to tell me well these people were here first and proceeded to tell me my order that was due 30mins ago wasn’t ready. Then ran out of the items for my order. I’m upset at this point because you made at least 5 different orders before mine. Then asked me if I still wanted my past due order, I said yes I paid. And she basically got even more mad and I said what is the problem because I watched you disregard my order completely and now you made at me. So she then refused to make my order and another employee started making it and she told him don’t serve her and I said are you gonna take it from him because this is a hostile work environment at this point yelling at him for doing the right thing. She proceeded to grab the order from him and he walked off to the back after and she put my order on a back counter and said she didn’t care. I have called Corp and will be calling the field leader Noelle Brady. That girl does not need to be a manager because the rest of the crew stood silently and I said this is what yall gonna do. They said we’ll she is the manager and we can’t help you because of her.

Unfortunately, I have to add to the one star reviews. This is one of the largest corporate chains in the world and this is a brand new location. I got ill after eating your food today. Work on your cleanliness and quality. It starts at the top. I don’t recommend this location at this time.

Had to wait over an hour for an online order that said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. The black beans were hard and crusty – workers refused to get fresh beans. Very poorly managed store.

Sat in the drive-thru for 40 minutes for something I ordered in advance. Couldn’t leave if I wanted because I was trapped by a car in front and back. They block the lane to the side. Avoid this location!

The guy fixing the food was very nice and helpful. The food on the other hand wasn’t what chipotle use to be. The queso and chips was even bad. It was so salty and half the chips was soggy.

They must still be in the grand opening phase. 45min wait. They are out of chicken, steak and rice at 7pm. No sense of urgency from the staff.
