I was trying to prove a point that red sauce and Mexican pizza sauce were 2 different things so I ordered a side of both…I got all red sauce and they did use red sauce for that pizza… I worked for Taco Bell for 6 plus years and I know the difference…they are made different and taste different. Plus I got charged different prices for the red sauce and Mexican pizza sauce but only received red sauce…4 sides of it and no Mexican pizza sauce.
UPDATE: TRIED THIS AGAIN AND ONCE AGAIN CHARGED FOR 2 DIFFERANT SAUCES BUT WAS ONLY GIVEN RED SAUCE. PLUS THEY FORGOT SOME ITEMS AND WE WENT BACK AND GOT THEM PLUS THE ISDE OF PIZZA SAUCE. THE CRUNCHWRAP WAS HORRIBLE, ALL THE MEAT WAS IN ONE CLUMP BEANS IN ANOTHER WHICH HAD HARLEY ANY OF EITHER IT WS MOSTLY SHELL

Most of the time when I get food from this store, the burritos are blown out the side.
Its not just the burritos, these guys just dont understand how to cook things.
The night shift doesn’t understand how to keep the ingredients inside the tortilla, i’ve got ground beef and nacho cheese all over the inside of the bag. I didn’t know id need gloves for this.
The fact that taco bell took the stacker off the menu means you guys dont like money.
I watched the staff stand around talking until 3 minutes after the app said my order was ready, then they started making it.

We decided to order from the Taco Bell in Durand, Mi. It’s been a while since we have ordered from here. They are still the worst Taco Bell. The food was not made fresh. I called the location and of course they blamed the DoorDasher who delivered our order. The man who answered the phone was rude, unprofessional, not friendly, as well as a few choice words that I’ll keep to myself. I also called corporate and that rep also blew us off. I’m sure they don’t care, but we won’t return to this location.

Please tell me why this franchise continuously LOCKS THE DOOR during PRIME LUNCH hours? You are losing a lot of business by refusing to let people visit your business and buy your products. The day management should be replaced with someone who actually wants your business to be profitable.

This Taco Bell is the most inconsistent and confusing Taco Bell I have visited. Their operating times change constantly. One day we arrive at 7:30 in the morning and receive breakfast. The next day they are not open until 8 in the morning. We are able to order from the regular lunch menu at 8 in the morning on one day which is excellent because I do not prefer breakfast food, yet on another day they tell me the lunch menu is not available. This creates confusion for customers. They seem to change what they are doing from day to day.

Mexican pizza tastes like chemicals! Ordered 2 different times and it was not edible. Googled this and others have reported it as bad frying oil. So bad I couldn’t eat it. Never have time to go back so a big waste of money

If I could zero stars I would, I drove 15 minutes to get food to realize two things were missing that was a whole person meal at my house hold, I called to see if I could come grab the missing items. Ben decided to argue with me and say we weren’t missing
Anything I promise you I wouldn’t drive 15 minutes to get my missing food only to eat my food soggy! Check your food before you leave! I can handle people making mistakes, I’m a shipping supervisor so I get things happen but to have someone argue with you is ridiculous.

Cannot order here at night because I consistently find black hair in my food. (I don’t have black hair) and it’s imbedded in the burritos and quesadillas.
