Sorry but simply zero/no flavor with cubed chicken and steak ( ? If carne asada flank steak) tacos. No seasoning of either meat, saute’d onion vs raw diced, hardly any cilantro and single tortlla not grill warmed/fried. I may be back to try their birria. Recommend seasoning the steak generously with Mexican spices and using shredded chicken stewed in tomato spice broth vs cubed no flavor meat.
Maybe these parts prefer bland but the food is in no way Mexican except in name.

Wow… what a find… was taking a late night walk and stumbled upon this ‘food truck’ by accident. Could hardly tell they were open because there were zero cars in the lot and although there a few blinking signs that say ‘open’ I would have bet they weren’t.

Cool little food truck in the Papa’s Meat Market parking lot. Tons of protein options, but limited dishes. Tacos, burritos and tortas on deck with a few special items.
Give it a try if you like taco trucks. You won’t be disappointed.
