Look, I never want to say anything bad about a small local owned business, as we should be supporting them all we can. For a small Dive Bar the food is really good. Chicken sandwich and the Cajun sauce makes it one of the better sandwiches I’ve had. Small, dark and clean. Service is marginal at best. They cook spent more time with us than the bartender/waitress. I do not like eating around smokers and this bar if you are in the dining area the smoke travels the distance of 8 feet to your table. If smoke doesn’t bother you then this will not be an issue. I would give it a try if you are in the area. Food is good, takes a little bit longer than normal to get but not too bad and service is marginal. Again, I would recommend trying it if you haven’t been there.

This place is a amazing hole in the wall. Next to Atlantis casino its great if you to gamble and drink for a decent price and not deal with the hassle of a casino. They have a players club which spans over many different bars. Friendly atmosphere and bartenders get to know you. They have 1 pool table and darts if you want entertainment.

Definitely a locals bar. Which I found odd being so close to the Atlantis. The bartenders seem to be dest friends with the locals and anyone else is almost an inconvenience. Although you couldn’t see smoke, everything smelled strongly of cigarettes. The food was good although the menu is small. If I wasn’t afraid I would smell like an ash tray, I might venture back in because I’m a glutton for punishment ha ha! If you are local, want to play pool, and want to be a regular at a bar, this is your place. Visitors, just know what to expect and you will be fine.

I remember when you would be able to get food here 24 hours. All of sudden they changed that, sucks cause people work grave yard and depend of places like this for food. Second thing the guy answering phones needs an attitude adjustment, if you are not happy with your work why even work there. Gives attitude for no reason and when you ask a question he gives you his smirk.

It has a more small town sport bar watering hole kinda vibe! They have.darts, pools, gaming, sports, food, beers on tap… It isn’t a giant overly loud place but it isn’t a tiny hole in the wall either.

The food is awesome here. Starting with the pork tacos, garlic fries, all burgers, chicken strips are so juicy and don’t forget the award winning chicken wings. The alcohol is also great and the bartender Derek knows his stuff. This place is a must go..

I visited Jox for the first time last Sunday morning. The Bartender, Bill, was a kick. The crowd there was friendly joking with Bill and the customers in the bar. The bar has a diverse clientele, an excellent Liquor selection with decent prices, a pool table, and a Online Electronic dart board where you can compete with other players all over the World. I did not order food while I was there but I have frequently heard from a variety of people the they have Chicken Street Taco’s that are to die for. Give them a try.
