I am so over this location, the staff members are not clean and they smell. I went in there today to pick up food and had to return it due to a staff member Jerman not smelling or looking clean and my order was wrong. He did not give me back the correct change and I did not bother to argue with him about it. MANAGEMENT PLEASE GET SOME CLEAN PEOPLE TO WORK FOR YOU. HAVE THEM COMB THERE HAIR, BRUSH THEIR TEETH AND MAKE SURE THERE IS NOT DAMN CRUST IN THEIR EYES.

Delivery time was way too long, pizza cold and dry. Chicken wings NASTY!!!! Strange taste, wrong sauce was added, part of the order was left at restaurant. The second time ordering from the establishment, same results.

I ordered delivery for me and my sister, and they forgot one of our wings. So I called back and told them that and they said they would send them back out. A good half hour went by, nothing. So I called again to make sure they didn’t forget about the situation. The manager on the phone said she bagged up the wings and sent them out, so I just waited some more. We did eventually get them, but it was only because someone I knew was a delivery driver there, so we had to rely on them. Found out the store was being “skeptical” because I “always complained”, even though I only did it twice for the exact same reason. Y’all burnt my food, so ofc I’m gonna say something. If y’all don’t like complaints, maybe do your job right. I work for another pizza hut, and lemme tell you, it’s not that hard.
Edit: Tonight, the driver gave me the wrong food, and they refused to give me a refund. So y’all won’t give me a refund because of a mistake you guys made?

I placed an order for my brother and told him the estimated delivery time. I received a text saying the driver was on the way then another notification shortly after that saying the order was delivered. I asked my brother if he received it and he said he didn’t. The delivery time was marked 4 hrs before (maybe pacific time?) I called the store and was treated like I was impatient and stupid. I was told they couldn’t track the driver when they leave the store. I was placed on hold & then this other person spoke to me in a tone I didn’t appreciate and was acting as I was complaining about not receiving the order 15 minutes after it was placed. I explained to him and his coworker the text message about the delivery. My brother did thankfully get his order before I hung up the phone. The employees should try listening sometime.

The pizza is good. I just wish our side of the town didn’t look so run down. No one was using gloves. Employees were on their personal
