Unless you catch the right crew at this place which there is only 1 good crew to be had, your toast. Tonight’s episode had a young kid mopping the floor, completely ignoring the drive through. When I finally got his attention he crossed his arms from across the room motioning that he was closed! When I questioned that they were supposed to be open until 10pm he put his head phones back on and went back to ignoring customers again!!!

This place is a joke, the customer service sucks and there incredibly slow for just one thing, they burn all my hashbrowns and bagels and everything ive ordered and its not even good to eat. I’ve put in online orders and showed up 10 min after I placed it and they still haven’t even gotten to make my food or drink. There all rude and there always busy messing around with each other and barely working and they never understand what you say and its also hard to understand what any of them say. Overall this place sucks if there was a zero star review id do it and me personally id re-hire a brand new staff

I went to the drive through and no one came. I then went to the door to see what the hours were be cause the one I left in A in was closed at 7. I waited and waited and waited. Finally someone came out and she was talking in the head phone asking the drive through to wait.

Never returning. I asked for the strawberry dragonfruit refresher but without the dragonfruit, but the cashier lady clearly heard something else. She asked, “So you want just green tea?” and that would’ve been fine if she didn’t start laughing. She said something to her friend nearby in another language and kept laughing. I don’t have the heart to talk back to customer service workers but I was actually so pissed. I did clarify one more time for her but she just kept laughing harder. Are you serious?
But the food and drinks were good, service was pretty slow. The atmosphere was… whatever.

Going through the drive up window is similar to being taken hostage. If you don’t have 20 minutes (seriously) to waste, DO NOT go through the drive thru!

The service at this location varies depending on which employee is working and the time you go. The iced tea I bought had a “plasticky” taste, and I noticed particles floating at the bottom of my cup. When I buy iced tea at the Dunkin Donuts near the movie theater, it tastes fine. Check your food and drink and be careful!

This place is hilariously slow. The amount of people that just straight up walk out is so funny. I really like how the manager comes out and looks around like he’s surprised that everyone is moving at a snails pace every time too. Overall, very fun experience if you have about 20 minutes to wait for a coffee and a sandwich.

The service during the day sucks They have six employees all focus on the drive-through mind you the corner where the drive-through is is very small and they’re literally touching each other. I don’t understand how it takes six people to run drive-through. You should have one take orders and cash one making the food one making the drinks. and then one helping out expediting While One should be mainly focused on the front and providing great customer service instead of ignoring people and focusing on drive-through Then you have one extra person who can do tedious things like restock while everyone else is at there post I have better service at night when there’s only one person working I’ve gotten my drink fast. I’ve gotten an acknowledge as soon as I walk through the door I would say it should be the opposite. The service should be quick and efficient when you have six people work during the day instead of at night when there’s only one employee working

I’m not terribly picky with Dunkin Donuts, but the drivethru here is so slow that I usually drive a town over to avoid it.
