Update: brought the chicken back. The manager was completely useless. Didn’t even apologize for serving me raw chicken. And told me she couldn’t provide a refund. She doesn’t need to be working there risking people’s health.
40 minutes for chicken and this is what I got, mind you this is their extra crispy, I would hate to see the regular. I would rate 0 if I could. Also why does the bucket have a red substance. The health department must’ve caught you guys on a good day.

Where do I start, I came here tonight to order food. When I pulled in it was pitch black dark not one outside light on. I order my food one famous bowl and a 2 piece leg and thigh. When I get to the window the employee is sitting there talking bad about the lady behind me because she told them the lights wasn’t on. The employee said and I quote she can see the menu enough to order them damn mash potatoes! I get my food go park and it’s all old my chicken in the bowl was white letting me know they made this and sat it in the warmer probably a couple hours ago I pick up my thigh in the bottom of it is white also letting me know this probably been sitting in here all day. So I pull back around and ask for the manager and when she get to the window she already got a bad attitude. I was nice and told her my food was old and I just wanted my money back she looks in the box and said you started eating this I can’t. I told her that I did start eating it and when I noticed how old it was I stopped. I just don’t understand why people get jobs in management if they not good with people. I’m showing you my food old something you already know because you made it why not just give me my money back and let me go. I did get my money back after I had to get back loud with her but I will never and I mean never come here again.

Ordered a 8 piece family meal($31) on the drive through, when I got home I realized my biscuits had mold which ruined the whole dinner for me. I wouldn’t feed my family moldy food so it was a waste. I came to the store with pictures to ask for a refund and the “manager” had an attitude and ignored me. I wouldn’t eat here or recommend anyone to eat here.

I drove 14 miles, one-way, to get my KFC fix. I ordered 8 pieces of “dark meat only” chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy. Once I arrived home, (round trip of 28 miles),I discovered that half of my chicken was breast meat (white meat) which I didn’t want. Also the “Original recipe “ didn’t taste like what I remember from years past. Have they changed the recipe? Very disappointing.

Ordered breast and wing but got thigh and wing and was so greasy it was dripping off the chicken. Nothing bad to say about girl who runs the register who always looks so happy very courteous. I would say always check your order

Food was good, fast service, and prepared well. Great. Now let’s talk about Maurice. Seriously KFC, this man needs to be doing your commercials. At first, my husband and I thought it must be one of those super upbeat recordings welcoming us to our local neighborhood KFC, and expected that to be followed by some burned out employee. Nope. Not at all. It was all Maurice. He treated taking our drive-thru order with as much enthusiasm as if he was serving the Queen of England. We could hear him joking with staff too and just bringing such a positive attitude to the restaurant. We have never experienced anything like it at any restaurant before. KFC, y’all need to recognize Maurice’s talent and enthusiasm. Put him on your commercials. And Maurice, you’re the MVP of restaurant employees.

We went there because we were out and everything was really good. We got the $10 4 piece meal and the $5 ,two pieces meal and a chicken tenders kids meal. Everything was fresh and tasty.

Ughhhh if you come here be prepared for them to literally serve one car at a time. Like they take the order get then to pull up, pay an wait for their food. Mean while you’re at the speaker forever waiting then they take you’re order when the car at thw window pulls off. Common sense is to serve the next person or atleast get their order while the one in front waits for theirs smh. They are backwards and they don’t care about no one’s time because they are paid cheap by the hour smh
Update:
Things have only gotten worse, just last night I got old dried out chicken, hard biscuits, room temp sides, and they forgot fries we ordered. Probably a good thing because I can bet they would of been old to. The food we were served shouldn’t have been served!!! I was a manager at kfc before and I know this is unacceptable to the company!!!!!! I was too tired to go back and I couldn’t because I was gonna go off and nobody wants all that.

I go through the drive thru and order their 2 piece 7 dollar meal extra crispy. When I get to the window the cashier Eduardo. said it would be 15 min on the extra crispy and to pull around to the front. I did and soon 2 other cars pull up behind me. We’ll we wait. Soon one large order comes out. 10 min later another large order comes out neither were mine. So now both cars behind me are gone. So I’m still waiting and waiting. I get tired of waiting go inside only one customer inside eating. This older lady with glasses sees me and says how can I help you? I explain everything just the way I did in this. She said oh those other people ordered original. Our extra crispy just came up.. I said it take 1/2 an hour to cook extra crispy chicken? Then proceeded to make my order but then started making it wrong because I asked for Mac and cheese and she started giving me mash potatoes after she asked me for my receipt she obviously didn’t care to read it or she wouldn’t have had to ask what was in my order to the other employees. This location has terrible customer service I can’t belive they are still open!!
