I don’t go inside but the drive thru ALWAYS has it together. Their very polite, professional & I’m pretty sure the one person in the drive thru is the same person preparing the food. Great job

I went to the counter after receiving my food and politely asked for some ranch. The employee handed me only one, so I kindly asked if I could have a little more. Both employees rolled their eyes and gave me an attitude, which was disappointing and unprofessional.
It shouldn’t feel uncomfortable to ask for a simple condiment, especially when it’s part of their job to provide good customer service. The experience made me not even want to go back up and ask for anything else.
However, the manager was such a sweetheart and truly understood where I was coming from. She handled the situation with kindness and professionalism, which I really appreciated. It’s nice to know there are still people in customer service who genuinely care about their customers.

On Oct 19th – We usually enjoy a quick bite on our way in or out of Burger King while getting our shopping done at Walmart however, our last visit here was dreadful. We walked up to the counter and no employees we in sight so we waited at least 30+ Seconds or more and still no one in the tiny little area in back was to be seen or even heard anyone. I then talked out loud asking if someone could help us, after a few more seconds finally a man employee came out followed by a female manager. The manager had a look on her face that made us just want to leave she wasn’t happy about something but why take it out on paying customers that had been waiting patiently at the counter? Finally we placed our order and it was to go. My Son asked for extra sauce on his chicken sand. (which we noticed she had made), the rest was made by the male employee. When we got out to the car and opened our food my Son’s Chicken sand. was drowned in sauce (not extra, but drowned)! I wish I caught her name because I would of put it here for all to see. Leave your problems in the office or quit your job if your so unhappy! I’ve posted a photo of his Chicken Sand. which my Son did NOT even eat!

The hamburger was undercooked I wasn’t pleased because I got all the way home and the hamburger was red inside no one had on hair nets the cook that was preparing fries didn’t have on a glove when she put my fries in the bag unsanitary.

Not only is the Burger King quick the food was on point. The young lady Gabby who was at the front counter was not only very cheerful but quick. An elder lady dropped her ice cream cone while leaving. Not only did Gabby replace it immediately as soon as she had time she came and mopped it up and put the Wet Floor sign out. Outstanding?

This is my third visit that my meal was lacking at this location. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Assume its a new employee or just a bad day. My first visit my bag was missing an entire sandwich. On my last visit the bacon king had zero cheese on it. Makes the sandwich very lacking. On this visit I’d say the bacon king was more like bacon peasant. 2 1/2 bacon and only 1 cheese. Usually theres so much bacon I pull it off and share with the dogs and cheese on each patty. Thats what makes it so awesome. Very disappointed lately. I knew I should have gone to wawa.

Ordered a fiery chicken sandwich with milkshake. Waited longer because the girl up front forgot to make the milkshake. I asked for the milkshake and receipt I didn’t receive and she blamed me for going to my van and coming back. I told the manager and she said the girl did not and she was there during the conversation. Ok whatever I was polite. I open my food and it was the wrong thing. Manager defends poor customer service, and condones trash talking too. First and last time in this BK

I used to go here I can tell you bathrooms are gross but going inside to eat vs waiting outside in line is Way Better! It’s ice cold, customer service is the friendliest! No one is inside but maybe 1 person plus you save gas and wear and tear on car….
