While on our way to the movies, we randomly chose Juan Pollo, expecting a fast-food experience. To my surprise, the food was fantastic! I enjoyed the hardshell chicken tacos, and my partner had the half chicken combo, both of which were delicious. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean—definitely a step up from typical chains in the I.E

One polo is my favorite chicken place in the whole wide world but tonight I was very disturbed the girls that were cooking my quesadilla all hovered in a circle and they were taking a long time with my food and other people were getting their food and leaving so now I’m worried that they did something to my food probably because I’m white I don’t know but it really bummed me out and I won’t eat my food now because of it that’s how bad it was very obvious they were doing something to my food that’s sad because that’s my favorite place to eat. They were all giggling and laughing and they were hovered together so that the manager couldn’t see what was going on. 7pm Sat. Nt 10/4/25. I would have given them a five-star rating but those girls that were hovering around my food and taking forever and laughing about whatever they were doing to my food discourage me from ever going there again I won’t even eat the food now because I’m worried that they did something to it it was obvious they were doing something to my food because they were all hovered around it blocking it so that the manager couldn’t see what was going on and laughing and giggling about it like it was funny the poison somebody and that’s not cool..
