What happened to Arby’s? The food and inside seating was great years ago. Now, they leave the outside lights off in the evening to make people think they are closed at 5:30PM! I believe the staff try to do less work by making customers think they are closed. The food is not good at all. I just can’t go to Arby’s any longer. It is not just the Mentor location, it is all locations! Who is overseeing the pathetic food and service at Arby’s? They should just close all stores for good because it is obvious owners/managers just don’t care. The inside dining is non-existent. They lock the doors so no one can eat inside! Covid is no excuse now. Seems no one wants to clean the dining room. They should take lessons from Chick-Fil-A on good food and inside dining with great customer service. Just look at how Chick-Fil-A is always busy…they do it right and care!

Had an awful experience through the drive-thru. was told to pull-up to the window to place my order. crew member was at the window talking to someone out of view. waited a good 3 minutes and finally beeped my horn, she looked at me and continued to talk. When she finally opened the window her words to me was” Excuse me, I’m talking to my crew” my response: That’s nice, I have to get back to work and you told me to pull-up to place my order! She then said “What do you want- I’m talking to my crew and district manger” Gave her my order, with lots of deep breathes. She did comp my meal, but never ever said she was sorry.

Always liked Arby’s roast beef sandwiches. Pair it with a jamocha shake! We only have two in our state so it’s a treat to travel west and see them all over. I like that real people take your order rather than interacting with touch screens.

If I could give the atmosphere zero stars, I would. There was plenty of seating because it was absolutely dead at lunchtime on a Saturday. It is in need of some serious renovation. The roof is very clearly leaking…. all over. The main part of the store where you order was freezing!! Around the other side of the restaurant, it was a tolerable temperature, but it looked a MESS. Ceiling tiles removed. Leak stains on the ceiling tiles that remain. The bathroom wasn’t super dirty, but there was NO warm water to wash my hands that were already freezing from ordering in what felt like Antartica. The service wasn’t the best. We were the only ones there when we first walked in and the man was staring at us, clearly waiting for us to order, so we tried to joke around about not knowing what we wanted yet and just got more blank, silent stares in response. Again, it was not BAD service… Just very awkward when there is no response. The food was perfectly fine, though. Nothing tasted bad, and it came out hot and seemingly fresh.
I think if we return, we will definitely just hit up the drive-through. We are from Chardon and we get utterly spoiled with the atmosphere there. It is fully renovated, has low lighting, and looks very clean and updated all around! We will just take the long way home from Mentor if we want a better sit-down experience from now on.

We were here at about 2:15 p.m., 4 of us. There were 6 orders on the screen with one person running the drive thru, the fryer, expediting customer’s orders, and front cashier/order taking. The other lady was making all the sandwiches. These 2 ladies were as calm as can be, getting all those orders together. Not to mention 2 more orders came through the drive thru while we were waiting for our order to be taken. When all the orders were caught up, the lady making the sandwiches came up front to take our order. By this time the store had quieted down. I told her she had done a great job with all those orders! Great job to the both of you! I was very much impressed, and they were calm throughout the whole thing!
