Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my order. I received just four small, paper-thin pieces of meat that didn’t even have a real meat taste, along with some rice. This was definitely not what I expected for my Saturday dinner that I was really looking forward to. I wouldn’t recommend dishes R3 or R5 based on my experience.
I even called the restaurant to share my concern, but the response I got was simply, “You can write whatever review you want,” which made the situation even more frustrating. I’ll be including pictures so others can see exactly what I received. Update after the restaurant’s reply: Unfortunately, the response I received from the restaurant does not reflect what actually happened. I was not offered any options or apology. I did not hang up the phone, I was hoping someone would at least acknowledge my concern, but instead, the person who identified himself as the chef told me several times that this is simply how they cook and that I’m free to leave any review I want.

Not even exaggerating—this is, hands-down, the best pho I’ve ever had. The soup’s flavor and seasoning, the texture of the noodles, the quality and cook of the meat, it was all perfect. I usually order the well-done beef pho whenever I order pho anywhere and I usually deal with a chewier texture but not here. The meat pulls apart and sometimes I get thicker chunks which is a plus for me.
I also tried the banh mi and crispy spring roll appetizers and the portions were handsome for two people. Banh mi was super fresh, I can probably eat the appetizer alone for lunch easily. Spring rolls were also so tasty with the dip it comes with.
The service is also perfect (for me, at least). Not too personable but definitely hospitable, which is perfect for just coming in to enjoy the perfect bowl of pho. The restaurant also has cool decor on the walls that I like to look at while eating. Wish I took a photo to upload but didn’t remember, was too excited to dig in.

This is first time we are here, the food came out to be pretty good. The services were very nice and attentive. The sitting I have to say is a bit outdated and run down but not too much of a concern.

Been coming here since we moved here like 7 years ago. We were served by the son all the time. Seems like he was the only waiter running around. Nice kid. Went there today and I felt the beef cubes were different. The Dad comes over is their a problem with the food. I said we’ll it taste different than usual. Then he’s says my wife cooked it. Does it taste good. I said it’s OK and that it’s usually dark sauce not brown. Then he says we’ll I never seen you here. Mind you my son is with me. I tell him I’ve been here plenty of times. He’s still says he never seen me in here. I WAS OKAY. This the last time I’ll be here and I told the waiter that his son always serve my family or me when I’m here. I told the waiter it’s not him and gave him a good tip. But I told the waiter that this is how you lose customers. I prefer Pho Da Nang. Guarantee everyone would love it there. This is what spring rolls and beef cubes should look like. The photos are not from Miss saigon. Miss Saigon use to be good. Changing the menu big mistake. I would give 0 stars if I could. Should be nice to your customers

Today was the last time we’ll ever come here. Arrived at about 5:20 on a Saturday night and the place had just two tables occupied (and people were already eating). We got seated promptly by the lady owner. 10 minutes passed by, but no one came by to take our order. Meanwhile, more people came in and now 5 more tables had customers. 10 more minutes passed by – nobody came to take our order, but, they took everyone else’s orders who came in after us.
We waited 5 more minutes and left. The lady owner saw us walk out and she didn’t care.
I can’t explain what happened. We’ve been coming here for months and this had never happened.

Was looking for spicy chicken pho. Didn’t see it on the menu so we called and asked if there’s one. The guy on the phone very friendly said they don’t have but he can definitely make one for me.
It was very well made, perfectly spiced and so delicious. The grilled chicken was superb by itself. Everything put together taste fantastic.
Highly recommend this place. Very reasonable priced for the size of the potion.

Excellent as always. Always fresh, delicious and friendly. It’s very nice to have some noodles soup in cold winter. Best Vietnamese Pho ever. Highly recommend.

Family owned restaurant. One of the best if not theeee best place to get pho in the area. Even the one in howell, brick, and Toms river can’t compare. They are not stingy with their portions either. Definitely an all time favorite.
