Ordered on door dash, no option to get veggies on side so as you can see nasty lettuce & tomatoes. And the Pattie’s tasted like Bar S hotdogs… very nasty… will not order again. Oh and the soda was a can for 3.50… just excessive. And then serve some trash food…

Ive eaten at Bussin a good handful of times at least 15-20 and have recommended them to a lot of people because the food is good but they have messed my order numerous occasions and I let it go since they have Halal meats and the food is overall usually good(fries not so much). Today I ordered and they messed up my burger and when I called I got no answer and brought it back to them and received so much pushback about the order that they messed up. I was accused of lying and all that after spending $60+ and leaving a tip. I go to show them and they take back the burger and tell me they are making it fresh. That didn’t sit right with me because this is a ghost kitchen and I have no way to tell how they are really preparing this. I asked for a refund and was told the manager isnt there so they won’t refund my burger. Mark my words ya can keep that money but I will never spend money with this place again nor suggest it to anyone. Terrible service and the audacity to accuse me of lying when it was your mistake.

Ive also ordered from you all many times as stated and even when there was mistakes let them slide. You should be able to look me up. Don’t ever go here!!! They served me beef when I paid for a Chicken Philly!! I asked for my money back and they stopped answering the phone. Disappointed and disgusted!!
My order number is on the receipt that I posted. I would have appreciated a response while I was there ordering. This is why I will never patronize another ghost kitchen.

The reviews and menu looked great, so we were very excited to try this place for the first time. TWO HOURS after ordering and them deducting payment, I was informed the order had been canceled because “some items weren’t available”! It took 2 hours to figure that out?? It wasn’t like we ordered anything special….2 burgers from a burger joint. Totally unacceptable and not a good first impression, but it will be a lasting impression. I can’t rate the food since we never got anything and the experience doesn’t deserve the one star I had to give!

Ordered an hour before store closed, through DoorDash and it said restaurant confirmed and was preparing the order. After about 45 minutes, I started calling to check on the order wondering why the order kept getting transferred to different drivers. No one was answering the phone. It finally took the restaurant to be closed for me to have to finally cancel the order. Why offer DoorDash if you don’t actually fulfill orders? Not surprised considering the prior review also mentioned they waited 2 hours.

I never even got the food. Waiting 1.5 hours for 10 piece wings? The wait time was just insane. Then the phone number listed, I never got 1 answer within that 1.5 hour wait.

I had the Chicken Philly and the Swiss and Mushroom Burger, and I highly recommend the burgers they’re awesome! They use fresh, smashed beef and cook it just the right way. I’m looking forward to trying the wings and the BuSSin salad. I’ll definitely order again.

Firstly, the service is very good and fast and the taste is very delicious. My friends and I have already tried it. The taste is absolutely amazing and the smash burger is unparalleled. Their wings are amazing with sauces. The cheese steak is absolutely amazing. Thank you Bossin. My friends advised me to try it. I haven’t really regretted it yet. Thank you. Manager who did not hesitate to serve us when we called him. We wish you success in the grand opening of the restaurant.
