Service sucks. They welcome you but then forgot my drink and I had asked twice, asked for napkins never got it, then they made a big deal about the menu being under the soup bowl. It was laminated and indestructible. We had planned to order more but changed our minds.
The worst part is they force a 18% service gratuity.
We have eaten at pho spots that are way better in flavor and cost. I was looking forward to writing something nicer but it just wanted there for me here. They should rename this place Pho Hell Nah.
We ordered the wings and they tasted really bad. I usually eat anything and almost never spit food out, but these were so bad that I actually had to. On top of that, my chopsticks smelled strongly of chemicals, like they hadn’t been washed properly, while my partner’s were fine.
I want to warn people about this place. The food is bad, the service is poor, and the automatic tip is unfair.
Small parking lot so parking may be a little challenging but it is worth the trouble.
Sign up in the clipboard and wait ( not long because staff and the system they have in place is efficient without feeling rushed).
We came here two days in a row because we were around the area for a football game.
Both times I had Pho Tai Bo Vien (pho with tasty filet mignon like beef and meatballs) my husband had the pho ga (chicken pho). Both came out within minutes of placing our order, steaming hot, in large bowls. The broth was well seasoned and skinny noodles (you can choose the type of rice noodle you want, my mom prefers the fresh ones) were perfectly al dente.
There are no bottles of hoisin sauce or Sriracha on the table, but instead you get small saucers of them that are just enough. Of course they are happy to give you more condiments and bean sprouts if you ask.
The beverage menu is vast with lots of great choices in dessert drinks and other sweet beverages to help cool you off.
We’ve had the shaking beef- I highly recommend-and the fried spring rolls. Also highly recommend.
Definitely a place I would consider driving to from San Francisco for a bowl of pho, it’s that good. Though there are one or two places in the city that are pretty good, Pho Ha Noi is much better.
I also appreciate the vegetarian options…

Food: the rolls combination is a good one to try 3 kinds of roll in one dish. The Bun salad is not the best I’ve tried. The grilled pork version in other places is more preferred. As for Pho, the broth is very tasty.
Ambiance: Busier than I thought; good for friends and family.
We arrived around 12 noon, and the queue is about a full page long, maybe 20 ahead of us. Went back to the car so we can get seated bec the waiting area indoors is full, and it’s raining outside. After 25 mins, we got a call on my phone that our table was ready. Went in and got seated immediately.
We were escorted to our table. It was empty except for the paper cover and the menus. When we got seated, another person brought the utnesils and glases of water. We were told to call her when ready.
We ordered one beef Pho to share with my wife and one appetizer plus 2 appetizers to-go. We were told there is a surcharge of 18% for dining in, so we will be charged separately for the to-go order – it makes sense, no problem.
It only took maybe 2 mins, and our hot Pho order arrived with one extra bowl so we can share. That was quick, considering the place is busy with a long queue. Then, after 5 min, the crab appetizer came.
The Pho was really good. It’s not salty and tasted better than our favorite Pho place. It came in a larger bowl, so immediately, we can say that we made the right decision to share it. The beef peices are in cubes and they’re cooked well and easy to chew and eat. However, it didn’t come with a lot of meat – or could be bec they’re in thick cubes, instead of several thin slices.
My wife’s favorite was the crab appetizer. I liked it too, but I liked the Pho better.
Our to-go order were Pork Egg rolls and Goi Cuon. I avoid reviewing to-go orders if we don’t immediately eat them as soon as we get home, so I will not comment on these unless they are exceptionally still good even hours later.
The only issue was by the time we arrival, there were a plenty of empty tables, but they put us on smallest table while the later customers same number of parties could be seated a larger table. It was uncomfortable seating a smaller table when we ordered more foods. Should they treating customers first come first serve
