Sharing on both accounts because my experience was so horrendous with Marielis and it seems other people have a similar experience at this location!

I entered the Dunkin’ Donuts on 3/5 at around 4:00 PM to place a preorder for donuts for my class the next day. When I walked in, there were already three other people standing in the lobby waiting, and none of us were greeted or acknowledged by anyone working. I could see that the staff were attending to the drive-thru, so at first I tried to be patient and assumed someone would acknowledge us shortly.

After about 10 minutes of waiting, no one in the lobby had been acknowledged at all .. not even a quick “we’ll be right with you.” A couple more minutes passed and the man behind me in line finally gave up and said he was going to get coffee at the McDonald’s down the block because this was ridiculous. The cashier working, Marielis, heard him say this and didn’t react at all.

I stepped closer to the register hoping someone would finally ask if I needed help or at least acknowledge that people were waiting. When that didn’t happen, I politely asked Marielis if I could get some help placing an order. She barely looked at me and mumbled, “you need to wait.” I told her that I had already been standing in the lobby for almost 15 minutes. She responded by telling me to “look at the drive-thru camera,” which only showed two cars. I explained that I understood they were helping the drive-thru but there will always be someone coming through and I only needed to place a quick order. I asked how long it might take.

Instead of answering me, she literally turned her back and ignored me. I asked again, “Excuse me, how long will it take?” She mumbled something I couldn’t understand, and when I asked again she said “I don’t know” and continued helping the one car in the drive-thru instead of anyone who had been waiting inside for over 15 minutes.

While waiting, I also noticed that she was not only being rude to the people in the lobby but also to the customers in the drive-thru. Over the microphone she didn’t greet anyone …it was just “go ahead.” mumbled of course When customers reached the window she simply stuck her hand out for payment without saying a single word. Orders that were ready for customers inside were placed on the counter without calling names or even saying that the order was ready.

After another few minutes she finally brought me over to the mobile order area and said she could take my order, again with no apology and barely above a mumble. When I told her I needed to place a small catering order for the next day, she said “I don’t have paper.” At that point another employee arrived for their shift and immediately began helping me. This employee was in a much better mood and my small catering order took less than two minutes to place, pay for, and schedule.

I work with teenagers all day and I completely understand that people are not going to be 100% upbeat every moment of the day. However, refusing to acknowledge customers, turning your back on someone who asks a simple question, and barely speaking or mumbling when responding is unacceptable in any customer service role. Watching Marielis simply stick her hand out at the drive-thru window without saying a single word during the entire interaction was honestly rude and uncomfortable.

I tried to be patient, which is why the other people in the lobby and I didn’t say anything for the first 10 minutes. At this point I honestly wish I had recorded the interaction because it was that unprofessional.

Interestingly, when I returned the next morning to pick up my order, the staff working were extremely kind and professional. They greeted me, said good morning, handed me my order, and wished me a great day. It was a complete 180 from the experience the day before.

IF you can avoid this Dunkin I suggest you do you will thank me doesn’t matter when you go. I can promise you the coffee is unbreakable every single time you go it’s not going to change. I’ve tried throughout a year. It’s a waste of money. I just end up throwing the coffee away If I could leave less stars, I would i’ve been to this Dunkin a couple times thinking that it would get better. It doesn’t every time I go. The coffee is worse I get it cold or it’s all espresso and no milk or it’s all milk and they forgot to put in the espresso. They still make you wait on the side there. I don’t understand that part if there’s nobody in the line I don’t know how they can mess up a coffee this bad the customer service part of it I don’t care . I understand their kids. They play around a lot joke around a lot yell at each other, but I don’t really care about all that I just wanna be able to get a coffee I can actually drink because it’s the only Dunkin close to my job I don’t have time to drive an extra 2 miles to the next Dunkin if anyone from this establishment sees my review, please I beg you don’t make me drive the 2 miles just teach them how to make a coffee

This store sold me a donut with mold. They did not even cared. Manager did not even apologized that i digested a piece of the donut. Excuses that the donuts are shipped from another state. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this location at all. Horrible!!!

I am not looking to get anyone in trouble but I think either the manager or owner should address the below review as to make sure this business stays a float.

I went through drive through and noticed people parked right next to the entrance door by the drive through. They were yelling inside the establishment and laughing. Most likely just visiting friends that is fine, however, I had to repeat my one medium sized coffee not once, not twice but three times before the employee finally heard me.

After she finally got my drink I could hear them yelling through the loud speaker at their friends I was referring to above.

After getting to the window (they were not busy) I was asked to pull over to the side for my one medium sized hot coffee.

After being handed my drink, I took a sip and it was ice cold. I had to call them back to make it hot.

Unless things are put in place and the employees learn some customer service skills I definitely do not recommend. I would assume to just drive down the road a bit.

Everytime I come here they mess my order up. The chubby little African American boy behind the counter always forgets ingredients in my drinks everytime I dont understand. The young white boy I think who is thr manager is the only one who can get the drinks right. Always order your expresso on the side or it will not be in your drink. Doors were locked again, at 5am when open smh.

I went to this location today, Memorial Day 2025, At approximately 1:30 PM. As I walked in, I could see one person in drive-through and one person at speaker are ready to get their order taken. I was the only person inside. There were two people working. I waited approximately 12 minutes and no one greeted me or gave me any type of communication. Not a I will be right with you. Or sorry just give us a few seconds. After 12 minutes of me, seeing these two people walking in circles, I finally said something. And the manager, who was a female, Said oh I’m sorry and instructed the other worker to take my order. Apparently, she was too busy making food. I poked my head back around the corner and asked her if she was the manager and she said yes and proceeded to make her food. I went to tell her how I was waiting 12 minutes and she was very dismissive. This Dunkin’ Donuts is a joke. This is at least the third or fourth time I have been there in the last six months and have experienced something this sort. Absolutely no time management skills. Absolutely no customer appreciation/service. And everyone moves at a glacial pace. they need to just shut down this location because there’s nowhere they are making any type of money with the type of customer service. I have witnessed a few times. I have been to this location.

I’ve been a customer at this location for many years and I could say that Mariah is doing an amazing job managing this place. The inside and outside of the Dunkin’ is always so clean. Everyone here is very nice and respectful. Aaaand my coffee is always on point!
