Food was amazing, good portions and super flavorful. The people were so nice and welcoming. The horchatas are splendid as well.

Under new management.
It would of been better if I cooked for myself!

All I wanted was a small foam containers worth of food & the guy at the counter wanted to force me to pick the large tin plate. I politely told him no & explained that I do not want that much food. He rudely replied “well we don’t sell that size” (all while having it next to the tin plates on top of the steam table). I had to walk away. You may need to teach your staff how customer service works.

The first time I ordered the service and food were good. But the second time (today), was awful. I ordered the beef stew and got a call saying they were out. He suggested the hen stew, which I said ok, but make sure you only add legs for the meat, he agreed. We waited for an hour or so. The soup had only one leg, one carrot, one yuca, and one tayota everything else was water. When I called to let them know this was not what I ordered, the lady over the phone was very rude. She said if I wasn’t happy with the food, not to order from them anymore and to find somewhere else to eat. I couldn’t believe she said that! Talk about customer service. .. Will never order from them again.
