Excellent thin cut pizza. It got an extra star from me because of the wide range of options. You can split your pizza in half and get separate toppings. Three different types of sauces and lots of different toppings. Best of all for vegans and lactose intolerant folks they have great vegan cheese. This is the first pizza place I have been to with so much choice and flexibility. Great beer menu. I wish they had hot tea and not just iced tea but that is probably just me. Nice friendly service and atmosphere. We will be back.

Went here today for a family date for $50. Loved all the pizzas we ordered. The crust is charred perfectly; we also got chicken wings and chicken tenders and fries for our little one. The fries had crispy small pieces which we like!

We came in and got our food to go. The place was empty & there was one server on the floor. We ordered bruschetta and a Greek salad which tasted normal not extraordinary just average. Ordered the PESTO PASTA w/ blackened chicken. Still not sure what the dish was that we got but it was in some type of brown sauce, I didn’t see any evidence of pesto in it & it did not taste like pesto, it tasted like spaghetti noodles with brown sauce & they added some blackened chicken very disappointed because I really wanted pesto. If you look at the pics of the dish you will see there was no pesto. Not sure if I’ll try this place again. 4/10

What anodd service by a slightly rude server. He did is a favor by giving us more in quantity but got the orders all wrong.

We asked if we can split the 16′ pizza with different toppings and was initially told yes, then he proceeded to say I can’t because the base has to be the same. I understood it as the base needing to be the same as olive oil or tomatoes. So we then picked 2 pizzas (margherita and buffalo pizza), half and half, thinking these two would have the same baas. He said it can’t be done. Then he got a little frustrated with me when I asked why because I thought the base is now same. He said ‘nothing (you picked) is possible.’ Very pointedly and curtly to me. I was a little taken aback. Then my kids ordered half cheese, other half chicken and olives on tomato base. He said this was ok. So we wanted 2 16′ pizzas, each with different toppings. He walked away from our table visibly talking to himself and grumbling. Oh and we were the only dine-im table.
20 minutes later…
They got it wrong and my kids got half cheese, half pepperoni and sausage. Then we got 2 separate smaller 12′ pizzas each buffalo chicken and margherita cheese. He brought these back triumphantly saying this was the only was to so them right and said he was charging us for only 2 pizzas instead of 3. And didn’t even ask if anything was wrong. Because if his rude mannerisms, we didn’t want to correct him that our kids’ pizzas came our wrong.
So I know we got more pizza than we asked but our order wasn’t right, and most importantly, the service wasn’t right.
Oh and the pizzas were mediocre. They were kind of greasy and unforgettable. We have has better pizzas at other Coal Fire locations.

The cheese pizza was pretty good unfortunately I can’t say the same for the wings or the eggplant parmigiana sandwich the wings tasted like they had been left out for a while and the sandwich was pretty dry. One thing I can say for sure was that the service was pretty prompt and quiet respectful. The coleslaw and flatbread pieces were tasty though….

I stopped by on my way home from work. It is a nice place for quick dinner. This time, I had the chicken parmesan, but I have had the pizza in the past. The biggest challenge was getting out of the parking lot in the middle of Friday night rush hour traffic.

I’ve eaten from here three times and been sort of impressed once. The brisket Coalby was flavourless, the spicy wings were well flavoured but overcooked, the pizza was decent. I admit I’ve only tasted the ring of fire and the BBQ, but they were just good. I wasn’t blown away by them.

It was our first time at this beautiful and clean restaurant. The toppings
we tried were the green peppers and roasted onions which was a bit sweet. The white pizza was fantastic.. leftovers even good reaheated in our owh oven the next day! The crust (which is prepared thin) and cheese are made here daily so you know they care about freshness. Can’t wait to try again. Oh! And Brian the server was very accomodating.
